Abstract: The master’s qualification thesis investigates theoretical and practical aspects of enterprise cost management under uncertainty conditions and their impact on financial results using the example of "Concern Khlibprom" PJSC. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, theoretical approaches to understanding the essence of costs as an economic category and management object have been systematized and deepened, and the necessity of a comprehensive approach to cost management in modern business conditions has been substantiated. A detailed analysis of the financial and economic condition of "Concern Khlibprom" PJSC for the period 2020-2023 was conducted, which revealed both positive trends in the form of stable growth of sales revenue and active investment activities, as well as problematic aspects related to increasing operational costs and high credit dependence. Using SWOT analysis, key opportunities and threats of the external environment were identified, as well as the company’s strengths and weaknesses, which allowed forming strategic development directions. Profit elasticity modeling by costs was carried out, which showed high sensitivity of financial results to changes in cost structure, especially material costs. Based on the least squares method, a production cost forecast for 2024 was developed, which allowed determining expected trends in cost dynamics. A complex of measures for cost management optimization has been proposed and economically justified, including credit portfolio restructuring, implementation of a budgeting system by responsibility centers, and purchase of energy-efficient equipment. The economic effect of implementing the proposed measures has been calculated, which is manifested in significant improvement of the company’s financial indicators, particularly in increasing operational profitability and optimizing cost structure. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of their use for improving the cost management system not only at the studied enterprise but also at other enterprises in the bakery industry operating under conditions of economic uncertainty. The developed recommendations allow increasing operational efficiency and strengthening the enterprise’s financial stability in the long term.
