Extended annotation The imposition of martial law in Ukraine as a result of military aggression has significantly complicated the logistics system within the country, resulting in delays in deliveries or the impossibility of deliveries. Businesses have suffered significant losses and are constantly looking for new markets for their products and possible revenue streams. As noted in their studies by Krykavskyi Ye. and Chornopyska N., this results in the need to form an effective logistics management system for domestic enterprises [1]. Ukrainian scholars (Lykholat S.M. and Bolibrukh L.) and foreign scholars (Sapinsky A. and Nych-Voytan S.) believe that logistics activities play an important role because they help maintain high quality customer service, provide services, improve financial performance, and form competitive advantages [2]. With the rapid development of market digitalization, e-commerce, and a changing market environment, logistics activities have become even more important as they help ensure fast delivery of goods, as well as the development of information, its storage and analysis. Therefore, as noted by Ziaylyk M.I. and Vivchar O.V., there is a need to introduce the latest technologies into the activities of the enterprise using modern scientific paradigms [3]. Thus, in order to make operational management decisions and build a successful business, it is necessary to implement ERP systems in the activities of the enterprise, as noted by Nehoda A. and Rusak D. [4]. According to N. Mikhalitsk and M. Veresklya, they will help to ensure that the process of solving strategic tasks is reliable and complete, based on a certain amount of information to which a limited number of people have access, which in turn becomes the key to making optimal decisions and their effectiveness [5]. The purpose of the master’s thesis is to provide proposals that will improve the efficiency of the logistics activities of the enterprise under study by introducing a certain information system. Research results: - the theoretical foundations of managing the logistics activities of a domestic enterprise are studied. The essence and characteristics of logistics activity are considered, as well as the theoretical foundations of the implementation of logistics management are listed. Methodological approaches to the implementation of integrated systems in order to minimize risks are revealed; - the analysis of the economic and logistic activities of the studied enterprise was carried out by analyzing the economic activity and economic indicators of the studied LLC "Megaclass". The study also analyzes the external environment in which the enterprise operates; - - proposals for improving the management of logistics processes of «Megaklas» LLC is provided. Directions for improving the management of logistics processes in the studied enterprise have been developed. Recommendations are provided for the implementation of the ERP system in the activities of Megaklass LLC. The calculation of economic efficiency based on the results of the implementation of the ERP system is carried out. The object of the research – processes of management of logistics activities at the researched enterprise «Megaklas» LLC. The subject of the study is a set of practical, theoretical and methodological provisions for analyzing and evaluating the logistics activities of the enterprise under study. In the process of writing the master’s thesis, the following research methods were used: economic and mathematical, systematization and generalization, classification, comparison, graphical, index, statistical and others. The practical significance of the results obtained is the fact that for the first time the analysis and calculations of the implementation of the Oracle SNO ERP system, which can be applied into the activities of «Megaklas» LLC, were carried out.
