Abstract: Monitoring is an integral part of modern business management. It is a powerful tool that allows managers to be aware of all changes occurring in the organization and the external environment. Thanks to monitoring, it is possible to identify problems in a timely manner, assess performance, and develop effective development strategies. The dynamic business environment and increased competition require enterprises to constantly adapt. The quality of management decisions made directly depends on the availability of complete and reliable information. Monitoring as a tool of internal control provides the collection, processing, and analysis of data necessary for assessing the activities of the enterprise. It allows for timely detection of deviations from planned indicators, assessment of the efficiency of the work of divisions, and forecasting future development trends [1-4]. Scientists believe that monitoring is a constant control over all processes in the organization, which is considered as an integral part of a comprehensive enterprise management system. Monitoring creates a constant flow of information about the results of activities, allowing managers to promptly assess the effectiveness of the decisions made. Thanks to monitoring, it is possible to identify deviations and take timely measures to adjust the development strategy [1-4]. Purpose of the work: research and improvement of monitoring system of foreign economic activity management at VABIS-UKRAINA LLC in conditions of an unstable business environment. Subject of the study: the monitoring system of foreign economic activity management at VABIS-UKRAINA LLC in conditions of an unstable business environment. Object of the study: VABIS-UKRAINA LLC. The modern literature and legislation on the improvement of the monitoring system for the management of foreign economic activities in an unstable business environment are reviewed. The parameters of the functioning and foreign economic activities of VABIS-UKRAINA LLC are analyzed. The monitoring system for the management of foreign economic activities of VABIS-UKRAINA LLC is studied. The problems of further improvement of the monitoring system for VABIS-UKRAINA LLC are summarized and recommendations are offered. A detailed description of the project to improve the monitoring system of foreign economic activity management at VABIS-UKRAINA LLC in conditions of an unstable business environment has been developed. The structure of resources, the structure of performers, with their functions and powers, the cost structure, and the budget have been proposed. The result of the project for VABIS-UKRAINA LLC has been calculated. The analysis of monitoring foreign economic activity management has allowed us to identify key problems of the system: the managers of VABIS-UKRAINA LLC have not developed mechanisms for converting the results of evaluating information on external influences of the business environment into specific measures to adjust the strategy of foreign economic activity; the ineffectiveness of current approaches to implementing monitoring and making decisions regarding the management of the effectiveness of foreign economic activity of VABIS-UKRAINA LLC in an unstable business environment. The following measures are recommended: development of a monitoring model for strategic management of foreign economic activity of VABIS-UKRAINA LLC in an unstable business environment; formation of a technology for implementing comprehensive monitoring of foreign economic activity management of VABIS-UKRAINA LLC in an unstable business environment. Monitoring of strategic foreign economic activity management is an integral part of the overall strategy of the enterprise. The main purpose of monitoring is to ensure the achievement of the goals of the foreign economic activity unit through adaptation to changes in the external environment. Monitoring allows you to coordinate the resources of the enterprise and measures for the implementation of strategic foreign economic activity plans. The recommended technology for implementing comprehensive monitoring of foreign economic activity management of VABIS-UKRAINA LLC consists of the following stages: formation of areas of observation and a system of indicators for monitoring foreign economic activity management; development of a model and selection of tools for analyzing and monitoring foreign economic activity management and its effectiveness; formation of a system of indicators for monitoring foreign economic activity; establishment of deviations in foreign economic activity management and foreign economic activity indicators, which are permissible in terms of their values; analysis of factors influencing the effectiveness of foreign economic activity management; development of management decisions in the field of foreign economic activity based on the results of monitoring; identification of reserves for increasing the efficiency of foreign economic activity and adjustment of foreign economic activity management standards.
