Abstract: Actuality of theme. At present, progress in the field of technology is not possible without the intensive use of plastics. With the development of areas of use of polymers, the dominant properties of plastics in comparison with traditional materials are increasingly manifested. Plastics are increasingly acting as irreplaceable materials. Therefore, their production is growing steadily every year. Characteristic is the outstripping growth compared to such materials as non-ferrous metals and steel. The use of plastics contributes to the accelerated solution of a number of technical problems in instrument and mechanical engineering and everyday life. The production of molded products (films, linoleum, duplicated products) has become so important that they are widely used in everyday life, as packaging 8 material, etc. Linoleum flooring is used as a substitute for parquet, wooden flooring or other flooring. Currently, the following types of linoleum are produced: glyphthalic, polyvinyl chloride and nitrocellulose. In particular, the production of polyvinyl chloride linoleum is widespread and developing, which has a number of significant advantages as a floor covering. Such properties of linoleum as hygiene, low thermal conductivity, resistance to decay and the action of fungi and bacteria, water resistance, resistance to abrasion, ease of installation, etc., have ensured the widespread use of this material, the choice of which is growing every year. Study object: technological process of manufacturing molded products from polyvinyl chloride. The subject of the study: technological features and regularities of the process of manufacturing linoleum from polyvinyl chloride by the greasing method, features of designing technological equipment, choosing equipment and calculating technical and economic indicators. The purpose and tasks of the MQT The purpose of the work is to develop a technology for manufacturing polyvinyl chloride linoleum by the greasing method. To implement the goal in the work, it was necessary to solve the following tasks: - based on the most commonly used polymers, taking into account operating conditions, select a brand of material for the manufacture of polyvinyl chloride linoleum; - based on the analysis of existing methods and processing methods, justify and select a method for the manufacture of polyvinyl chloride linoleum; - develop a technological process for the manufacture of linoleum; - calculate and justify the main technological parameters of the technological process; - taking into account reversible and irreversible losses, calculate the required amount of material for the manufacture of a given productivity of polyvinyl chloride linoleum; 9 - select the main and auxiliary equipment for the processing of PVC into products according to the developed technological process; - calculate the technical and economic indicators of the designed production; The main content of the work The introduction substantiates the relevance of the topic of MCR, formulates the goal and objectives of the work. The first section presents a critical analysis of literary sources, which highlights the issues of synthesis, structure, properties and application of polyvinyl chloride, considers methods of forming polyvinyl chloride linoleum, and recipes for the production of primer pastes. A technological process for the production of PVC linoleum by the greasing method has been developed. According to the operating conditions, the coating material has been justified and selected - a multilayer coating based on PVC compositions, the polyvinyl chloride brand has been selected - E66P GOST 14039-88. The choice of the linoleum production method - priming and greasing is justified. A technological scheme for the production of linoleum by the greasing method has been designed, the main technological parameters of processing have been justified. Material calculations of production have been carried out based on a given productivity. For the production of linoleum, the main and auxiliary equipment necessary to ensure the processing process in stages has been selected. Linoleum production is carried out on the technological line of the RAMISCH KLEINEWEFERS company. In order to ensure the production of linoleum, the choice of a calender type KP4 800?2200G is justified and its characteristics are given. The main technical and economic indicators of the designed production are calculated. The master’s qualification work consists of an introduction, 4 sections, a list of used literature sources, a graphic part; the main part contains 24 figures and 27 tables.
