Abstract: The goal of the project is to use the modern UNIDO methodology to conduct an energy audit of the city state administration building in Dnipro. Namely, the project provides for an energy audit of the administrative building for the cold season with the following thermal modernization measures: replacement of windows, insulation of the northern, eastern and western facades. A program is being implemented aimed at energy conservation and energy efficiency. Ukraine will cooperate with European countries in the aspects of conducting an energy audit of non-production buildings. The heat needs for the heating system of buildings should be significantly reduced due to their thermal renovation. In order to achieve the maximum effect, it is necessary to determine the economically optimal level of thermal protection of non-production buildings, which should be expedient in terms of heat engineering and in terms of economic costs. As a result, the consumer gets the opportunity to receive funds for heating. In addition, optimizing the level of thermal protection provides not only heat savings, but also increases the level of thermal comfort in the room. The scientific part of the work consists in achieving uniformity of the air jet exit velocity from perforated air ducts and analyzing the influence of changing the diameters of the perforated air duct on the dynamic pressure of the air flow and the loss of static pressure along the length of the perforated air duct. The coefficient of uniformity of the air flow exit is important when calculating air distribution in the room. The higher its value, the higher the quality of air distribution, the more comfortable the conditions in the room are. The air velocity and temperature in the working area of ??the room are within permissible ranges and meet regulatory documents. In the economic part of the master’s qualification work, the estimated cost of installing heating systems with two types of heating devices, operating costs and economic efficiency were calculated. Based on the calculations, it was decided that the optimal solution is to use modern KORADO heating devices. The object of the study is perforated air ducts. The subject of the study is the coefficient of uniformity of the air flow output when calculating air distribution in the room. The purpose of the study: to assess the effectiveness of perforated air ducts in supply ventilation systems in the air distribution area. According to the results of the study and calculation, it was found that the use of perforated air ducts reduced the operating costs of the supply air distribution system by almost half. Keywords - perforated air duct, flow rate, supply ventilation, air distribution system, air jet, uniformity coefficient. List of used literature sources. 1. Argyros I.K.
