Abstract: Construction is one of the key branches of the economy, which ensures the construction of new facilities, as well as the expansion and modernization of existing funds. The important role of construction consists in promoting the development of all branches of production, increasing the productivity of public labor and improving the level of material well-being and cultural life of the population. The project aims to create a modern and comfortable living space, a cozy place that will meet the needs of a family, whether small or large. In recent years, the architecture of public buildings has undergone significant changes. The design of such structures is now based on a systemic approach, covering urban planning, architectural-aesthetic, functional-planning, technical and economic aspects. The basis of architectural and planning solutions is the functional purpose of buildings, their technical equipment and efficient use of space. The project involves the construction of built-in premises taking into account the needs, modern standards of design and construction. The premises will be located in a convenient and accessible area, which will ensure convenient access to them. In addition, attention is paid to the infrastructure and the appearance of the building. It is planned to create convenient parking spaces for residents and guests, as well as to organize well-lit and landscaped areas for recreation. The topic of the study is devoted to the analysis and development of the project of a multi-apartment residential building with built-in commercial and public premises in the city of Khmelnytskyi. The work considers modern approaches to the design of such buildings, taking into account architectural, constructive, energy-efficient and ecological requirements. The project is aimed at creating a comfortable living environment that meets the needs of local residents and takes into account urban planning and infrastructure. Special emphasis is placed on the multi-functionality of the object, which combines the residential function with spaces for business, cultural events or other socially important activities. In the process of work, the following are analyzed: • socio-economic features of the microdistrict; • optimal structural solutions to ensure the durability of the building; • compliance of construction with modern norms and standards, including issues of safety, energy efficiency and aesthetics. The practical significance of the research lies in the creation of an innovative residential building project that contributes to the sustainable development of the city, improving the quality of life of residents and integrating the building into the urban space. Object of research: The process of designing and building a multi-apartment residential building with built-in premises in the city of Khmelnytskyi. The subject of the study: Architectural and planning, constructive and energy-efficient solutions, as well as their integration into the urban space to ensure the functionality, aesthetics and comfort of residential buildings. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and functional environment for children and adults.
