Abstract: The first chapter analyzes the volumetric-planning and structural solutions of the building. The initial information about the construction site, the main indicators of the master plan, and the primary materials for finishing works are provided. Key technical solutions are also presented, and corresponding architectural and construction drawings have been developed. The second chapter presents the calculation of building structures according to the first and second limit states. In the third chapter, a technological chart for installation works was proposed, and the method of carrying out the works was selected. The main parameters of the construction master plan for the site were calculated, and a construction schedule was provided. The fourth chapter includes the calculation of local and overall construction cost estimates. The fifth chapter describes numerical studies of ways and methods of strengthening masonry structures. Object of the study: Architectural, construction, engineering, technological, economic, and scientific aspects in the design of a public facility. Subject of the study: Service and dealership center. Objective of the study: To design a service and dealership center in Lviv. The master’s thesis presents a project for the building. The auto center has a rectangular shape with dimensions of 33?54 m, and its structural scheme is based on a single-story frame design. It is constructed as a steel frame structure, ensuring reliability and ease of assembly. The number of floors varies depending on the functional zones: the service station (STO) has two floors, the car showroom has one floor, and the office section has three floors. At the center of the building is a three-story brick insertion that divides the structure into two blocks. The total building area reaches 1,910 m?, while a significant portion of the territory—3,262 m?—is allocated for driveways and pavements with hard surfaces.
