Abstract: The proposed building is being built on a site with a calm terrain with a slope to the east. The size of the site is determined according to [13] and is 0.54 ha. The residential eleven-story monolithic building consists of one block-section with dimensions in the axes "A - G" - 15m and "1 - 11" - 44.32m. In terms of height, the building consists of: basement, 11 residential floors. Constructive solutions Residential block - section: – constructive type frame – diaphragm; – construction scheme – boltless frame; - The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the floors and the rigidity core; - the foundation is a monolithic crossbar on piles. The inner walls of the basement are monolithic. - external walls - external walls’ enclosing structures are made of 250 mm brick with external thermal insulation 130 mm thick - internal walls - made of gypsum concrete slabs of dry plaster; – the ceilings are designed monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 180 mm from concrete of class C25/30, with reinforcement of class A-400; - Two-layer roll roof, flat. Insulation made of extruded polystyrene foam and expanded clay gravel to create a slope. Drainage from the roof is organized internally, designed with three funnels; - staircases and platforms made of monolithic reinforced concrete; - Stair railing - typical metal; In the structural section, the column was calculated and shown on the sheet of reinforcement of the column with A400 class reinforcement, which is shown on sheet 4. The next sheet of the structural section shows the layout of the floor and columns, the layout of the reinforcing upper grids, the layout of the reinforcing lower grids, the reinforcement of the main beam, the formwork, and the steel consumption specification. The calculation of the pile foundation shown on the sheet of drawings was also carried out. In addition, he depicted the plan of the grid, as well as sections and details of the consumption of steel. In the technological and organizational section, I developed a technological map for the installation of the roof, described the organization and technology of the work for the installation of the roof, executed a separate calendar schedule for the installation of this roof, and also calculated the calculation of labor costs and salaries and described the technological equipment, inventory and adaptation. A budget plan was also developed in compliance with all requirements and building regulations. A general calendar plan with a schedule of movement of workers at the facility was calculated and drawn. The total labor costs amounted to 8120 man-days, the duration of construction according to the calculation was 8.9 months, and the normative duration of construction is 15 months. In the economic section, a local estimate, a consolidated estimate and an object estimate were calculated in the AVK-5 program. The cost of construction according to the calculation is UAH 78,316,509 3D panels for construction were described in the scientific section.
