City of Kalush, production of ceramic tiles According to the master plan, the technical and economic indicators are as follows: the area of the land plot is 14.5 hectares, the area of reconstruction (considered in the project) is 8,562 m2. The general plan shows the wind rose with the orientation of the buildings. According to the task envisaged by the project, the reconstruction of the ceramic scarf firing shop with the addition of a shelf (3.6 per GP) was developed. The building of the insert 3.8 was also reconstructed (the covering was replaced and the walls were restored). The overall dimensions of the building are 159 x 50.8 m. in axes A building with a complex geometric shape in plan. The maximum height of the building is 29.5 m. Floor area – 1 floor shop with multi-level shelf The distribution of warehouse spaces is provided by brick partitions and solid brick walls. The agricultural complex is separated from the warehouse building, has one floor, and includes a number of premises for personnel. The construction of the external walls and facades is a sandwich panel with mineral wool plates 100 mm thick. Roofing sandwich panels with a thickness of 150 from polyurethane foam. According to the structural scheme, building 3.6 is a two-hinged frame with a rigid connection of the crossbar to the rack and a hinged connection to the foundations. Spatial rigidity of the frame is provided by vertical and horizontal ties. The structural section of the thesis provides for the calculation of four main structures of the designed building. In this case, this is the calculation of metal columns, the calculation of crossbars, the calculation of a new floor (beams and corrugated board) within the body of the insert, and the calculation of existing columns for attaching hinged sandwiches to them. SCAD Office, Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2019, LIRA-SAPR 2013 software packages were used for machine calculation of building structures. In these programs, the building frame was designed taking into account all load-bearing elements and loads according to regulatory documents. Based on the data of engineering and geological investigations, the foundation is designed as a columnar foundation. At the base of the foundation lies dusty, heterogeneous, medium-density sand with an average degree of water saturation. All elements of the metal frame are listed on sheets 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the MKR (see the relevant specifications) The topic for the technological map was the development of wall masonry technology. A general diagram of the organization of the workplace, a diagram of the movement of the main working mechanisms with their designation, and all technological processes have been developed. Technical and economic indicators were developed and calculated, the list of main resources was indicated, and a set of technological standards was selected. Control of construction works and its phasing are given in tabular form (SOKYA - system of operational quality control). The total duration of reconstruction according to the developed calendar schedule is 88 working days. The average number of workers at the construction site is 29 people. According to the estimate, the construction cost is 133 million 604 thousand hryvnias. The cost of reconstruction (given) is 25,756 hryvnias per square meter, $613 according to the current rate of the NBU. In the scientific part, we will consider 2 options for heat engineering calculation of external walls made of PIR panels and mineral wool panels.
