Abstract: Melnyk O.B., Maksymovych S.B. (head). "Dormitory for foreign students in Ternopilska Street in Lviv". Master’s qualification work. - National University "Lviv Polytechnic", Lviv, 2024. The city of Lviv, in the Lviv region. According to the task, a project was developed for the construction of a dormitory for foreign students. According to the general plan, the technical and economic indicators are: land area - 830 m2., building area - 460 m2. According to the task, which was provided for by the project, bicycle paths were designed and a scheme for the movement of vehicles on the site was depicted. The overall dimensions of the building are 22.75 x 19.25 m. in axes. The building has a simple rectangular shape in plan. The maximum height of the building is 31.525 m. Number of floors – 9 floors. The external walls are self-supporting and made of ceramic hollow bricks with a specific gravity of up to 1400 kg/m?. The internal walls and partitions are made of ceramic solid bricks with a specific gravity of up to 1900 kg/m?. The choice of ventilated facades as the main element of the building cladding is due to their advantages and compliance with modern requirements for residential and public buildings The structure of the buildings is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, which includes columns, monolithic walls and floor slabs. The foundation is based on a slab foundation. The spatial stability and rigidity of the structures are ensured by clamping the columns in the foundation slab, as well as by using monolithic reinforced concrete walls, stairs and floors. The underground part of the structure provides a parking lot for cars, while the above-ground part includes public and residential premises. . The structural section of the thesis provides for the calculation of four main structures of the designed building. In this case, this is the calculation of the foundation slab, reinforced concrete column, floor slab and reinforced concrete beams. For the computer calculation of building structures, the LIRA-SAPR 2022 software package was used. In this program, the building frame was designed taking into account all load-bearing elements and loads according to regulatory documents. Based on the data of engineering and geological surveys, the foundation was designed as a slab. The foundation is based on dusty, heterogeneous, medium-density, medium-degree water saturation sand. A monolithic foundation slab 800 mm thick is provided for the base of the building, which ensures uniform load distribution and stability of the structure. A 100 mm thick concrete preparation of class C8/10 concrete is provided under the foundation. In case of detection of unsuitable soils, their replacement with a compacted sand cushion is provided. Foundation reinforcement: reinforcement with a diameter of 16 mm, A500S step 200 mm. and additional zones according to the calculation. Monolithic columns are calculated using the LIRA-SAPR software package. We accept column sections of 400x400 and 300x300, and concrete of class C25/30. Reinforcement 16 diameter A500S. Monolithic floor slab is calculated using the LIRA-SAPR software package. Slab thickness 200 mm, and concrete of class C20/25. General reinforcement, background reinforcement with a diameter of 10 mm A500S and additional zones according to the drawings.. Monolithic beams are calculated using the LIRA-SAPR software package. We accept column sections of 250x500, and concrete of class C20/25. Reinforcement 16 diameter A500S. The topic for the technological map was the development of facade insulation technology. A general scheme of workplace organization, a scheme of movement of the main working mechanisms with their designation, and all technological processes were marked. Technical and economic indicators were developed and calculated, a list of main resources was indicated, and a technological set of standards was selected. Control of construction work and its phasing is given in tabular form (SOKYA - operational quality control system). The total duration of construction according to the developed calendar schedule is 256 working days. The average number of workers at the construction site is 18 people. The cost of construction according to the estimated calculation is 81 million 469 thousand hryvnias. The cost of construction of 1 sq. m. is 19,584 hryvnias, respectively. The scientific part examines the analysis of the effectiveness of ventilated facades in residential buildings. Keywords – frame assembly, reinforced concrete beams, reinforcement, foundation slab.
