Characteristics of the educational program: The educational and professional program is based on well-known provisions and results of modern scientific research on the design of building structures, technology and organization of construction production and engineering systems and focuses on current specializations within which further professional and scientific career is possible: industrial and civil construction, water management and environmental construction, urban construction and economy, technologies of building structures, products and materials, roads and airfields, bridges and transport tunnels, heat and gas supply and ventilation, water supply and sewerage.
Програмні результати навчання: - to apply basic theories, methods, and principles of mathematical, natural, social, humanistic, and economic sciences, modern models, methods, and decision-making support software to solve complex construction and civil engineering problems;
- to participate in research and development in the field of architecture and construction;
- to present the results of one's own work and argue one's position on professional issues to specialists and non-specialists, communicating freely in the state and foreign languages;
- to design and implement technological processes of construction production, using appropriate equipment, materials, tools and methods;
- to use and develop technical documentation at all stages of the life cycle of construction products;
- to apply modern information technologies to solve engineering and management problems of construction and civil engineering;
- to collect, interpret, and apply data, including by searching, processing, and analyzing information from various sources;
- to use rationally modern building materials, products and structures based on knowledge of their technical characteristics and manufacturing technology;
- to design building structures, buildings, structures, engineering networks and technological processes of building production, taking into account engineering and technical and resource-saving measures, legal, social, ecological, technical and economic indicators, scientific and ethical aspects, and modern requirements of regulatory documentation, time and other restrictions, in the field of architecture and construction, environmental protection and labor safety;
- to make and implement rational decisions on the organization and management of construction processes during the construction of building objects and their operation;
- to assess the compliance of projects with the principles of designing urban territories and infrastructure facilities and urban economy;
- to have advanced cognitive and practical skills, mastery and innovation at the level, which is necessary to solve complex specialized tasks in the field of construction and civil engineering (according to the specialization);
- to organize and manage the professional development of individuals and groups in the field of architecture and construction;
- conceptual scientific and practical knowledge, critical understanding of theories, principles, methods and concepts in the field of professional activity and/or education;
- advanced cognitive and practical skills, mastery and innovation at the level, which is necessary for solving complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the field of professional activity or study;
- conveying information, ideas, problems, solutions, own experience and arguments to specialists and non-specialists;
- a collection, an interpretation and an application of data;
- a communication on professional issues, including in a foreign language, orally and in writing;
- a management of complex technical or professional activities or projects;
