Characteristics of the educational program: The educational and professional program is based on modern engineering programs and the results of scientific research in the field of construction and architecture and includes the following areas: research, design, construction technology, repair, reconstruction, operation and maintenance of buildings and structures and utilities, renovation of old buildings, use of new technologies and energy-saving materials, organization of repair and reconstruction works. The main focus is the design, construction technology, reconstruction, operation and maintenance of buildings and structures and utilities.
Програмні результати навчання: - design buildings and structures (in accordance with specialization), including usage of computer design software systems;
- make effective design and technical decisions, taking into account the features of the construction object, aspects of social and ethical responsibility, technical and economic justification, determination of the optimal mode of its operation and implementation of resource and energy saving measures;
- carry out a technical expertise of projects of construction and civil engineering objects (in accordance with specialization), controlling the compliance of projects and technical documentation with design tasks, technical conditions and other current regulatory and legal documents in the field of architecture and construction;
- ensure quality in the execution of civil engineering objects;
- communicate freely in national language orally and in writing to discuss professional problems and results of activities in the field of architecture and construction;
- Apply modern mathematical methods for analysis statistical data, calculation and optimization of design parameters and technological processes of construction of buildings and structures;
- develop labor and environmental protection measures during research and production activities;
- select modern materials, technologies and methods of construction works, taking into account the architectural and constructive part of the project and the production base of the construction organization;
- collect the necessary information using scientific and technical literature, databases and other sources, analyze and evaluate it;
- ability to carry out commercial and economic activities of intellectual property protection in the field of architecture and construction;
- manage complex, unpredictable construction processes that require new strategic approaches;
- to apply the acquired knowledge and understanding to identify, formulate and solve urban management tasks using known and latest methods;
- to apply knowledge to solve typical problems of synthesis and analysis in maintenance systems of urban buildings;
- systematically think and apply creative abilities to the formation of fundamentally new ideas in the field of calculation, design, reconstruction, installation, maintenance and operation of buildings and structures;
- the ability to formulate a research task, conduct theoretical and experimental research, analyze the results and implement them.
- organize and carry out quality control of production processes for the installation, repair and reconstruction of buildings and structures of the urban management and coordinate the work of relevant departments, organize work on the timely execution of the production program;
- specialized conceptual knowledge that includes current scientific achievements in the field of professional activity or field of knowledge and is the basis for original thinking and conducting research;
- critical understanding of problems in the field of construction and civil engineering;
- specialized problem-solving skills required to conduct research and/or conduct innovative activities to develop new knowledge and procedures;
- ability to integrate knowledge and solve complex problems in broad or multidisciplinary contexts;
- ability to solve problems in new or unfamiliar environments in the presence of incomplete or limited information, taking into account aspects of social and ethical responsibility;
- clear and unambiguous presentation of own knowledge, conclusions and arguments to specialists and non-specialists, in particular to persons studying;

- responsibility for the contribution to professional knowledge and practice and/or evaluation of the results of the activities of teams and collectives;
