Characteristics of the educational program: The educational and professional program is based on well-known provisions and results of modern scientific research in the field of electronic communications and radio engineering, within which a further professional and scientific career is possible, in particular: administration and deployment of software platforms of telecommunications and orientation to current technologies, which will allow obtaining a professional and scientific career as a professional in the field of electronics, automation and electronic communications; to perform functions related to the administration of software platforms of telecommunications and the design of radio-electronic devices, systems and complexes, as well as to continue studying under educational and scientific programs of the third level of higher education.
Програмні результати навчання: - apply knowledge of fundamental and natural sciences, system analysis and modeling technologies, standard algorithms and discrete analysis, theories and methods when solving problems of designing radio engineering and telecommunication systems and networks;
- use knowledge of modern information systems and technologies, programming skills, technologies for safe work in computer networks, methods of creating databases and Internet resources, technologies for developing algorithms and computer programs in high-level languages using object-oriented programming for solving specialized tasks and practical problems in the field of telecommunications and radio engineering;
- justify the choice of software and technical means for the creation of telecommunication and radio technical systems based on the analysis of their properties, purpose and technical characteristics, taking into account the requirements for the system and operating conditions; have skills in debugging and testing software and technical means of telecommunication and radio engineering systems and networks;
- knowledge of the technologies of construction and operation of mobile communication systems and networks of 3-6 generations in an amount sufficient for their calculation and planning;
- knowledge of protocols and methods of building information communication networks in an amount sufficient for carrying out professional activities;
- ability to design systems and networks in the field of professional activity using current regulations and technical standards;
- knowledge of algorithms and protocols of routing and flow distribution in telecommunication networks to the extent necessary for their system administration;
- the ability to learn throughout life and to constantly improve qualifications at the workplace;
- the ability to work in a team and present the results of one's activities;
- understand and take into account social, ecological, ethical, economic aspects, requirements of labor protection, industrial sanitation, fire safety and existing state and foreign standards during the formation of technical tasks and solutions;
- to demonstrate the ability to develop a technical and economic rationale for the development of information systems and technologies and to be able to evaluate the economic efficiency of their implementation;
- the ability to speak English in an amount sufficient for carrying out professional activities, international communication, reading and interpretation of international technical standards.
Communication:
- the ability to communicate at different levels of communication, including oral and written communication in Ukrainian and one of the foreign languages (English, German, French, Spanish), in particular to clarify the assigned tasks, formulate an assessment of the possibility of its implementation, ask questions and express comments, report on the results work, make a public speech/presentation, etc.;
- the ability to use various methods and means of communication, including advanced information technologies in professional and social communication.

- the ability to adapt to new situations and make appropriate decisions;
- the ability to realize the need for lifelong learning in order to deepen acquired and acquire new professional knowledge;
- the ability to take responsibility for the work performed, to make decisions independently, to achieve the set goal in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics;
