Characteristics of the educational program: The educational program is aimed at training professionals equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for designing, analyzing, and managing finances across various types of businesses, including small and medium-sized enterprises and financial institutions. It emphasizes the use of modern financial technology tools.
The program is grounded in well-established principles and the latest scientific research in the fields of insurance, banking, finance, and investment activities, as well as financial risk management in business. It also integrates the practical application of contemporary financial instruments and focuses on relevant specializations that support further professional career development.

Know and understand the theoretical foundations and principles of financial science, as well as the specific features of financial systems' functioning.

Occupational profiles of graduates: Graduates are qualified to work in the fields of monetary intermediation, financial leasing, banking services, risk insurance, life and savings insurance, non-state pension insurance, stock exchange operations, and auxiliary activities in the areas of finance, banking, and insurance. They are also prepared to start their own businesses. Positions at the "specialist" level are defined by the National Classifier of Occupations of Ukraine (DK 003:2010), including but not limited to:
1461 – Manager (in finance, insurance, leasing, credit services); 1468 – Manager (in property, liability, and personal insurance); 2441.2 – Analyst (in banking, investments); 2442 – Analyst (in financial and economic security, lending); 1231 – Senior economist, financial specialist, accountant, financial analyst, specialist in tenders and public procurement.

Other program features: Two practical tracks are offered:
1. “Financial Technologies in Business” – this track focuses on preparing finance specialists for small and medium-sized enterprises operating across various sectors of the economy. The emphasis is placed on mastering modern approaches to enterprise financial management, with consideration of the specific business environment of the Western region of Ukraine.
2. “Financial Business” – this track focuses on training finance professionals for financial corporations. Graduates will be equipped to apply modern financial technologies in banking, insurance, and financial market operations.
The program is conducted in Ukrainian. Certain educational components may be taught in a foreign language (English).
