Simulation of stock market dynamics based on the concept of reflectivity. Development of trade business taking into account offshore opportunities. Consumer safety and comfort of e-commerce
Summary of the subject: Enterprise crises and tasks of crisis management. Anti-crisis personnel management of the enterprise. Intellectual potential of the enterprise. Theoretical, methodological and practical bases of crisis management. Methodological principles and practical tools for crisis diagnosis. Anti-crisis management of the enterprise on the basis of effective use of intellectual property and intellectual potential. Basics of formation of the anti-crisis program of the enterprise. Legal bases of anti-crisis management and protection of intellectual property
Assessment methods and criteria: The final control is performed on the basis of the results of the current control (30 points) and examination work (70 points).
