Learning outcomes: The main tasks of studying the discipline "Pedagogical Workshop" are: - formation of awareness of the new role of higher education in the context of globalization; - acquaintance with the main problems of adaptation of higher education of Ukraine to the requirements of the Bologna process; - mastering the basic principles of organization of educational process in higher educational establishments of Ukraine; - mastering practical skills and methods of conducting classes; - awareness of the internal mechanisms of the educational process in higher education; - acquisition of skills in planning and implementation in practice of various forms, methods, teaching aids, taking into account the specifics of the specialty; - ensuring their own pedagogical development of higher education applicants as teachers; - mastering theoretical and methodological and methodological bases of teaching at the current stage of higher education development; - mastery of organizational forms, technologies and methods of training; - understanding of the role of educational institutions in society, the main problems of disciplines that determine a specific area of ??its activity; - activation of students' educational activities; - mastering the knowledge of the course, sufficient for analytical evaluation, selection and implementation of the educational program, which corresponds to the level of students' readiness, their needs, as well as the requirements of the society.

Summary of the subject: General characteristics of higher education and its components as a system and process Trends and Prospects for Higher Education in Ukraine Teacher and student as the main subjects of the learning process. Organization of educational process in the system of training specialists Lecture as a form of organization of education in universities Methodological and methodological principles of conducting seminars, practicals and laboratory classes Methods of organization of independent educational and cognitive activity and individual work of higher education applicants Methods of organization of research work and peculiarities of organization of practical training of students in high school Control of students' educational and cognitive activity. Learning outcomes: As a result of pedagogical practice, post-graduate students develop the constructive, organizational, communicative and research skills of a teacher of a higher education institution, which are necessary to ensure the leading aspects of pedagogical activity: educational, methodical, educational and research work, and acquire the following competencies: general: ZK 1.3. Deep, well-founded knowledge of teaching methods in higher education and the ability to use them in the educational process. ZK 1.5. Ability to effectively highlight, disseminate and communicate research findings. ZK 1.8. Communicative skills of teaching management subjects and mastery of academic writing skills. professionals: FC 2.10. Understanding and ability to apply the results of research and innovation activities in practice. Pedagogical skill to teach theoretical and practical provisions of the science of public administration. PRN 3. Communication and the ability to effectively present research ideas in oral and written form to professional and non-professional audiences. Recognize the terminology and frequently used expressions of academic writing that are used in communicative situations of academic speech. PRN 8. Analyze current educational needs related to research and the development of general competencies; participate in relevant educational activities. PRN 11. Successful assimilation of knowledge of the specifics of analysis, processing and interpretation of information in the process of information-analytical activity in professional, scientific and scientific-educational spheres Social skills: communication, situational awareness, leadership, adaptability, flexibility, diplomacy.

Summary of the subject: In accordance with the educational and scientific program for training doctors of philosophy for pedagogical practice, 180 hours (6 credits) are provided, in particular: ? familiarization with regulatory documents that regulate the educational process in higher education institutions, departments and scientific and pedagogical workers (56 hours); ? preparation of educational and methodical materials for conducting classroom classes on educational disciplines (72 hours); ? attendance at classes and analysis (24 hours); ? classroom classes (24 hours); ? preparation of reporting materials (4 hours). For graduate students/students enrolled in postgraduate studies from the positions of scientific and pedagogical workers who have teaching experience, practice may be reduced or not conducted at all by the decision of the department (provided a positive description from the place of work is provided).
Assessment methods and criteria: The final control is carried out at the end of the internship by evaluating the completion of individual components by the graduate student/student: the individual internship plan, the preparation of reporting documentation and the defense of the internship results at the department meeting. 8. Assessment of practice results: the total assessment (on a 100-point scale) consists of assessments of individual components: - Implementation of an individual plan of practice - up to 60 points; - Preparation of reporting documentation for practice - up to 20 points; - Defense of the practice report - up to 20 points.
