Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline, the graduate student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes:
? obtaining knowledge for the organization of communication interaction and conflict resolution in the process of formation and implementation of administrative services, using modern information, communication and innovation technologies;
? ability to analyze the state of the political system in Ukraine in order to make management decisions and identify ways to solve the current political situation or problem;
? knowledge of the basics of professionally oriented disciplines of the specialty 281 "Public Administration": administrative management and management in international business;
? possession of modern technologies of public relations for the operative and optimum decision of tasks of public administration;
? knowledge to develop a proposal to improve the organizational structure and functioning of local administrations as part of a system of democratic governance based on an analysis of the institutional structures of the public sector of European countries and Ukraine;
? understanding the impact of technical advances in the social, economic, social and state context;
? apply knowledge to solve problems of synthesis and analysis in systems that are characteristic of public administration and administration;
? apply knowledge of technical characteristics, technological features of the formation and implementation of tasks of public administration and administration;
? calculate, design, research, market trends, conduct political analysis,
? work effectively both individually and as a team;
? combine theory and practice, as well as make decisions and develop a strategy for public organization;
? ability to adapt to new situations and make appropriate decisions.
