Learning outcomes: Ability to clearly and effectively describe intensive, deep and detailed results of scientific work. Knowledge of the specifics of the process of institutional development of public administration, its basic patterns, trends and dynamics of development, interaction with civil society institutions, business in the field of public administration. Ability to review and search for information in specialized literature, using a variety of resources: monographs, professional domestic and foreign periodicals, databases, online resources. Ability to demonstrate methods of systems analysis and modeling, as well as features of their application in the field public administration. Solve complex problems and problems that require updating and integration of knowledge, in particular, possession of a methodology for analyzing the activities of public administration institutions, analysis of political processes. Ability to independently conduct research and make decisions.

Summary of the subject: The basis of the study of the discipline is the development of graduate students of theoretical and methodological foundations of public administration in terms of institutional changes that occur in connection with the process of its reform and European integration; the impact of globalization processes on the formation of good governance in Ukraine; processes of decentralization and European integration, the formation of e-democracy and governance; development of local self-government, fight against corruption in public authorities and strengthening the national security system of public administration.
