Learning outcomes: The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following program learning outcomes: o ability to describe, analyze and explain the historical, philosophical and institutional principles of public administration. o Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the specifics of government, economy and civil society. o Ability to describe the basics of e-government as elements of the information society. o Ability to formulate and summarize ethical principles and norms of behavior of representatives of public administration.

Summary of the subject: The democratization of Ukrainian society and the development of a modern system of public administration necessitates the introduction of new values ??and principles of public management, built on a retrospective vision in the activities of government institutions. Solving these problems requires finding ways to improve the organization of public administration and local government, leads to increased requirements for the level of professional training of the scientific elite. The substantiation of these measures should be preceded by scientific research of the conceptual apparatus, the existing models of decentralized management of the developed countries of the world. It is the basis for building the integrity of knowledge in the field of public administration and the formation of the architecture of the necessary knowledge for the formation of their own scientific research and research is the disclosure of stages of formation of public administration as a science and history of its development
