Learning outcomes: According to the results of the study of the academic discipline, graduate students must:
- to have knowledge of the research methodology of the world experience of organizing public administration and public service.
- to have an idea of ??the genesis of public administration and public service in the context of the search for more perfect management models.
- possess a set of knowledge about the principles of public administration and public service.
- to be able to use the general principles of external and internal procedures of public administration.
- to analyze the objectives of the Ukraine-EU association agreement.
- to have knowledge about political dialogue and cooperation as tools for ensuring internal reforms.
- to understand the peculiarities of the process of convergence of foreign policy and security policy.
- to use democracy, the rule of law, respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms as tools for the formation of public administration in Ukraine.

Summary of the subject: The educational discipline provides for the study of principles, approaches, forms, methods, models of formation, organization, functioning and development of public administration systems of other countries
Assessment methods and criteria: The main organizational forms of education are lectures, seminar classes, independent work, performance of individual educational and practical tasks and control measures. Postgraduate students are encouraged to independently work on literature and complete individual tasks.
The final assessment for all components is 100 points (of which 20 are the current control, 20 are the INPZ, 60 are the exam.
Educational activities of graduate students are evaluated taking into account:
- current control: presentation at seminar classes using multimedia means of presentation of the material - evaluation criteria are: degree of processing of the problem (up to 5 points); correspondence of the content to the topic of the task (up to 5 points); submission of material (up to 5 points); ability to argue (up to 5 points);
- implementation of the INPZ - the evaluation criteria are: compliance of the content of the covered material with the INPZ topic - up to 10 points; the ability to analyze and summarize the studied material - up to 5 points; illustrating an example in the application of theoretical material - up to 5 points.
- final testing – the correctness of the answers is the assessment criteria.
