Required prior and related subjects: Previous educational disciplines: Architectural form and materials, Architectural design of public buildings and structures.
Accompanying and subsequent educational disciplines: Multifunctional architectural complex, Bachelor's qualification work.
Summary of the subject: The discipline "Architectural design of interiors" is designed to give students of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in-depth knowledge of aesthetics and design in the architecture of public buildings, to promote the development of their architectural and aesthetic vision of buildings and interiors of public spaces. To acquaint students with the means, methods and methodology of designing public buildings and their interiors. To reveal modern concepts, concepts, methods and technologies of projecting and interior design in interaction with the environment. Students learn to consider and analyze the architectural and interior space as a complex multi-vector and multifunctional system in the sense of its visual-spatial interaction with an individual and society.
In the discipline, the main methods of conducting pre-project analysis are laid out in a logical sequence and the sequence of the organization of the architectural design process is revealed in compliance with its main stages - sketch-idea, sketch, project drawings, video presentation of the object. The practical classes emphasize the importance of mastering the skills of independent development and presentation of an author's design solution.
The course "Architectural design of interiors" clearly outlines the methods and ways of organizing various functional zones, the peculiarities of their interaction and the peculiarities of the formation of interiors of public spaces. Formulated tasks for the implementation of the project, namely: aesthetically and in accordance with the regulatory framework to evaluate public buildings and their individual components. In practice, students master the specifics of the organization of architectural space depending on the combination of functions in the design object (transit, commercial, public catering, administrative and domestic, cultural and entertainment, educational and educational, residential, biological and mental rehabilitation). The design task involves the development of sketch options and the adoption of an optimal compositional solution; modeling and rendering of an architectural structure in different spatial perspectives and defined scales; expressive presentation of the design solution.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control: checking practical tasks.
Final control: evaluation of the course project.

Department: Architectural Environment Design
Lecturer: Associate Professor Serhii Ivanov-Kostetskyi;
Senior Lecturer Roman Kubai;
Senior Lecturer Ihor Kopylyak.
Semester: 5 семестр
Mode of study: денна
Learning outcomes: The aim of the discipline is to master students' methods of designing transport facilities, mastering knowledge and typology, principles and techniques of industrial environment design and its content, as well as improving skills in designing the interior of public buildings.
Required prior and related subjects: 1. History of architecture;
2. Architectural Graphics and Composition.
3. Design of Architectural Environment;
4. Architectural Design of "Public Buildings and Structures".
Summary of the subject: In the urban aspect, the problem of car storage remains one of the least studied. Even in the most favorable conditions, with a developed network of roads, the car is in motion 300 ? 400 hours a year, ie an average of 1 hour per day, and in different parking lots - about 23 hours. Of all cars equipped with parking spaces, currently only ? 10% are stored in conditions that meet modern international requirements. Therefore, knowledge of methods of designing a multilevel parking lot, the principles of three-dimensional solution of its structural system and the organization of internal spaces will be useful to future architects.
