Learning outcomes: The study of this subject is aimed at students mastering the following aspects of design:
- Identify the specifics of the design of complex architectural and urban planning objects, develop comprehensive projects of planning of territories, buildings and interiors, taking into account modern world trends and innovations.
- Make informed decisions taking into account safety, sanitary-hygienic, ecological, engineering-technical and technical-economic normative requirements and indicators in architectural and town-planning design.
- To design architectural buildings and constructions in the historically formed urban environment taking into account prospects of development of territories, regional features of architecture

Summary of the subject: During the practice it is necessary to master the knowledge of the regulatory framework of architectural and urban planning, to critically assess the socio-economic, environmental, ethical and aesthetic consequences in case of violation of state building codes; to generate data of pre-project analysis of architectural and town-planning objects and territories allocated for construction, reconstruction or restoration

Summary of the subject: The internship aims to acquaint the student with the process of actual design, stages, requirements for documentation and design of the working project. The course also aims to acquaint with the work ethic and team development of the project.

Summary of the subject: Project practice involves the deepening of practical skills, at the first (bachelor) level, working in the conditions of real project activity, acquiring practical skills and initial work experience as an architect, mastering advanced methods and techniques for developing project documentation using modern computer tools. Completion of the internship process involves the presentation of results in text and graphic form.
The term of practice is determined by the Curriculum (2023-24 year, 2 weeks). Venues (practice bases): organizations and institutions of various forms of subordinate ownership, which have appropriate licenses and permits, or perform project work, as well as on the basis of the university. Applicants work in organizations with which contracts have been concluded, in the positions of technician-architect. Monitoring of students' work during practice is carried out by: from the university - the head of practice and the head of the department, who ensures the practice; from the practice base: practice manager from the enterprise.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control is carried out during the entire period of practice. The student is allowed to defend the report and receive a credit on the condition that the task is completed in full, if there is feedback from the practice manager from the company.The final control involves the completion of an individual task, the defense of a report, which must be submitted to the department no later than a week after the end of the internship.
Individual task
Collection and processing of architectural design and regulatory and legal materials on the topic of the task received. With the help of the practice manager from the company, it is necessary to clarify the potential location of the design object, to develop a situational scheme. Self-inspection, collection of necessary data, photo-fixation. Study of features and limitations of the design area. Implementation of the necessary analytical schemes.Evaluation criteria: compliance with the topic of the work; data completeness; quality of design of graphic materials – 60. Practice report:A description of all the work performed by the student during the internship with an indication of the deadlines. Evaluation criteria: completeness of the report; the quality of the report design; the completeness of the description of the completed works - 30. Protection of the report: Presentation of graphic materials, results of the individual task, brief information about the progress and results of the practice. Answers to questions. Discussion of the achieved results.Evaluation criteria: completeness of the report; the quality of the report design; the completeness of the description of the performed works is 10. A total of -100.
