Required prior and related subjects: Prior subjects: Fundamentals of architectural design; Design of the architectural environment; Computer technologies in architectural design; Related subjects: Architectural design of urban public spaces.
Summary of the subject: When designing the arrangement of the architectural environment of a residential building, a student acquires the skills of architectural forming, namely the selection of constructive, technological and space-planning solutions, taking into account functional, ergonomic, compositional and aesthetic factors, as well as the use of building and finishing materials in the process of project implementation and author's support. The design process requires a professional selection of materials and technologies to implement the proposed solutions.
Опис: ntroductory lecture. Issuance of the task. Comprehensive analysis of a given object, pre-design studies. Functional and planning structure of the design area. The main characteristics of the functional areas of the design area. Fencing materials. Artificial reservoirs. Material for lawn arrangement and dendrological design. Natural and artificial materials used in landscaping. Elements of landscaping. Materials for the construction of a network of paths and playgrounds. Small architectural forms. Preparing the project for delivery.
Assessment methods and criteria: In the process of current control, the student performs 3 clauses, each of which summarizes the previous stage of work on the architectural project for the arrangement of the architectural environment of a residential building and allows you to start working on the next stage. Each clause is worth 10 points and is taken into account in the final evaluation of the architectural project.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current control: Clauses 1, 2, 3 - 10 points each (10?3=30) for a maximum of 30 points. Knowledge of theoretical foundations (test) - max 10 points. Course project - max 60 points. Total points for the discipline - 100 points.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
