Завдання: The study of the discipline involves the formation and development of students' competencies:
integral competence - Ability to solve complex specialised tasks and practical problems in the field of urban planning and architecture, characterised by complexity and uncertainty of conditions, based on the application of modern architectural theories and methods, means of related sciences. general competencies:

Summary of the subject: In the urban aspect, the problem of car storage remains one of the least studied. Even in the most favorable conditions, with a developed network of roads, the car is in motion 300-400 hours a year, ie an average of 1 hour per day, and in different parking lots - about 23 hours. Of all cars equipped with parking spaces, currently only – 10% are stored in conditions that meet modern international requirements. Therefore, knowledge of methods of designing a multilevel parking lot, the principles of three-dimensional solution of its structural system and the organization of internal spaces will be useful to future architects.

sketches of the surrounding area.

pre-project analysis of the reference plan (geodetic basis)

of the office with parking".
6. Discussion of the results of the clause. Determination of optimal
design solutions.

development of plans with traffic and parking schemes;
10. Development of the building section. Development of the architectural

11. Consultations in the process of preparation of final drawings: general plan,
plans, sections, facades, perspective images of the building and its
interiors
12. Rules for the design of the album of drawings for defense of the course project.
Assessment methods and criteria: 1. Testing of knowledge and work performed in laboratory classes
2. Checking individual works according to the schedule and according to the work programme.
3. Differentiated credit according to the schedule and checking of works.

- completion of the drawing album according to the assignment: 70 points.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
