Мета вивчення дисципліни: The study of the theoretical foundations and regulations of the practical implementation of innovative processes of construction of buildings and structures of various purposes based on the variant selection of organizational and technological solutions (methods) using the BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology. The formation of project management skills and an analytical approach to the information support of the design process in the form of the gradual formation of a complex information system of the building according to the saturation levels of the database of the properties of the building and its constituent elements according to the levels of detail - LOD (LevelsOfDetail).
Завдання: The study of an academic discipline involves the formation of the necessary in students: Integral Competencies (INT): The ability to solve complex engineering and technical and scientific research problems during professional activity in the field of construction and civil engineering, which involves the ability to perform a technical and economic comparison of technical solution options. General competencies: ZK4. Ability to make informed decisions. ZK5. Ability to evaluate and ensure the quality of work performed. Special professional competences (SK): SK3. Ability to develop and implement projects in the field of construction and civil engineering. SK5. The ability to carry out surveys, tests, diagnostics and calculations when solving complex problems of a research and innovation nature in the field of construction and civil engineering. SK6. Ability to build and explore models of construction and civil engineering situations, objects, and processes. SK7. The ability to use specialized computer programs when solving complex engineering problems in the field of construction and civil engineering. Special professional competences of a professional direction (SKP): SCP 1.1. The ability to direct one's actions to understand the behavior, wishes and preferences of consumers and competitors in the design of innovative systems of heat and gas supply and ventilation and modernization of existing engineering systems of buildings and structures. SCP 2.3. The ability to develop and use design and technical documentation when solving specific problems and tasks related to the implementation of modern technologies in heating and gas supply and ventilation systems.
Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student should be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: RS01. Specialized conceptual knowledge that includes current scientific achievements in the field of professional activity or field of knowledge and is the basis for original thinking and conducting research. Specialized skills/problem-solving skills necessary for conducting research and/or carrying out innovative activities for the purpose of developing new knowledge and procedures. SK 2. Ability to integrate knowledge and solve complex problems in broad or multidisciplinary contexts. SK 3. The ability to solve problems in new or unfamiliar environments in the presence of incomplete or limited information, taking into account aspects of social and ethical responsibility. COM 1. Clear and unambiguous presentation of one's own knowledge, conclusions and arguments to specialists and non-specialists, in particular to students. AaR 1. Summary of the subject: As a result of the study of the academic discipline, the student should know the theoretical and practical essence of the principles of BIM (Building Information Modeling) application in the modern design of construction objects and civil engineering, modeling technologies based on the use of BIM technology, mastering the skills necessary when using software packages of professional guidance, familiarization with the main areas of modern research in the field of using BIM technology in construction. In the process of teaching the discipline "BIM technology in engineering networks and structures", the basics of working with the Revit software complex are studied, and students are taught calculation and modeling of engineering systems and instill they have skills in the production of project documentation on a real basis.

Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment of students' knowledge in the discipline "BIM-technologies in engineering networks and structures" is carried out in the form of current controls and semester control of knowledge, which is carried out at the end of the semester. Current control is carried out during classes and during the performance of laboratory work. Semester control is carried out by performing test tasks in the Virtual Learning Environment of NU "LP". The total number of points obtained for the current control and the exam determine the overall grade for the subject.
