Summary of the subject: The designated academic discipline for bachelors of the specialty 192 "Construction and civil engineering" full-time and part-time forms of study.
Requirements for the microclimate of premises of various purposes are given, methods of ensuring the necessary microclimate parameters are proposed. The conditions for creating comfortable conditions at workplaces and the impact of these conditions on human performance are considered. The equipment for creating comfortable and acceptable microclimate parameters in the premises is considered.
The impact of room lighting on human performance is considered. The physical characteristics of noise and means of combating noise at workplaces are given.

1.2 Determination of microclimate parameters.
2.1 Sanitary norms of the microclimate of industrial premises.
2.2 Sanitary norms of the microclimate of administrative and public premises.
3.1 The influence of the microclimate on human health and well-being.
3.2 Measures and means of normalization of microclimate parameters.
4.1 Ways to create a comfortable microclimate.
4.2 Industrial lighting as a factor of the microclimate of the working area.
5.1 Basic provisions of acoustics.
5.2 Basic physical quantities characterizing the sound field.
6.1 Human perception of noise.
6.2 Propagation of sound in premises.
7.1 General provisions of the acoustic properties of ventilation systems. Occurrence and elimination of noise during fan operation.
7.2 Occurrence, transmission, distribution and prevention of noise in air ducts during operation of ventilation systems.
8.1 Acoustic calculation of the ventilation system. Acoustic properties of heating systems.
Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment of students' knowledge in the discipline "Monitoring the internal condition of premises" is carried out in the form of current control and semester control of knowledge, which is carried out at the end of the semester.
Current knowledge control includes the performance and protection of laboratory work, work in practical classes and passing tests in the National Emergency Service.
Semester control of assessment of written and oral components.
Current control (Performance and defense of laboratory work, solving problems in practical classes, performance of tests in the National Emergency Service) - 40 points
Examination control (written component) - 50 points
Examination control (oral component) - 10 points
Total for the discipline - 100 points
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Total per PC - 40
written component - 50
oral component - 10
Total for the discipline - 100
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) is awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49–26 points – (“not certified” with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
