Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the academic discipline and learning outcomes Passive construction is one of the main special disciplines required for master's training in specialization 192 "Heat gas supply and ventilation", the basis of which is general theoretical, general scientific and special disciplines. The purpose of teaching this discipline is to provide students with in-depth knowledge in the field of designing passive houses. An important goal is also to direct the efforts of future specialists to the implementation of tasks related to the reconstruction of existing buildings, the saving of fuel and energy resources, and the rational use of energy carriers.
Завдання: The study of an academic discipline involves the formation of the necessary in students: Integral competencies The ability to solve problems of a research and/or innovative nature in the field of construction and civil engineering. General competences (CG) ZK6. The desire to preserve the environment. Special professional competences (SK) SK3. Ability to develop and implement projects in the field of construction and civil engineering. Special professional competences of a professional direction: SCP2.2. The ability to integrate knowledge from other fields and specialized conceptual knowledge in the field of construction and civil engineering, combined with compliance with applicable regulatory and legal documents, to solve complex problems in broad or multidisciplinary contexts of construction of energy-efficient buildings and structures. SCP2.4. The ability to formulate new hypotheses and scientific problems of heat supply and ventilation systems of buildings and structures, to choose appropriate directions and appropriate methods for their solution, taking into account the available resources. The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following learning outcomes: • solve engineering, design, production and research-scientific tasks related to gas supply; • use the acquired theoretical and practical experience to solve specific practical tasks of an engineering nature.
Learning outcomes: PH2. Make effective design and technical decisions, taking into account the features of the construction object, aspects of social and ethical responsibility, technical and economic justification, determination of the optimal mode of its functioning and implementation of resource and energy saving measures. RNS2.2. Apply the acquired knowledge and understanding for the design and technical solutions of energy-efficient buildings, taking into account the features of the construction object to identify, formulate and solve the tasks of developing heat and gas supply and ventilation systems, using known methods. UM1. Specialized skills/problem-solving skills required to conduct research and/or conduct innovative activities to develop new knowledge and procedures. AiB2. Responsibility for contributing to professional knowledge and practice and/or evaluating the performance of teams and teams
Required prior and related subjects: Previous academic disciplines Economics and construction management Foreign language by professional direction VIM technologies in engineering networks and structures Heat and mass exchange Chemistry of the environment and internal environment ( Building thermal physics
Summary of the subject: When designing and building residential buildings, it is necessary to take into account energy efficiency and the use of energy-saving technologies for heat supply. The use of innovative materials, heating, ventilation and insulation systems can significantly reduce the energy costs of buildings and improve their environmental sustainability. Research in this area will reveal optimal heat supply technologies that will help ensure maximum energy efficiency of modular residential buildings for different population groups. This course examines modern heat supply technologies, their advantages and disadvantages, as well as defines the main criteria for choosing optimal engineering systems for residential buildings. Analysis and comparison of various energy-saving technologies will be carried out, their efficiency and impact on the environment will be evaluated. The research will also include the analysis of various aspects of the use of modular buildings for different population groups, taking into account energy efficiency, economic feasibility and social aspects.
