Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of teaching the discipline "Special engineering systems and equipment" is to form future bachelors studying in the specialty 192 "Construction and civil engineering" knowledge of the theoretical foundations and the ability to design engineering networks of heat, gas, water supply and drainage systems, to choose the optimal option for them laying, placement of engineering and technical structures. This course is basic for the disciplines of professional training and special courses, which will be studied in senior courses.
Завдання: The study of the academic discipline involves the formation of the students of the necessary: integral competence (IC) Ability to solve complex specialized construction and civil engineering problems. general competence (GC) • ZK02. Knowledge and understanding of the subject area and professional activity. special (professional, subject) competencies (SC) • SK03. The ability to design construction structures, buildings, structures and engineering networks (according to specialization), taking into account engineering technical and resource-saving measures, legal, social, ecological, technical and economic indicators, scientific and ethical aspects, and modern requirements of regulatory documentation in the field of architecture and construction, environmental protection and labor safety. • SK06. Ability to perform engineering activities in the field of construction, compilation and use of technical documentation.
Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student should be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: know: • regulatory documents for the design, construction and operation of engineering networks and facilities; • principles of designing engineering networks and their structural elements; • ways of laying engineering networks. be able: • make schematic solutions for heat and gas supply systems, water supply and drainage; • carry out tracing of engineering networks; • design engineering and technical structures of engineering networks, predict ways of their reconstruction and development. PH02. Participate in research and development in the field of architecture and construction. PH06. Apply modern information technologies to solve engineering and management problems of construction and civil engineering. PH09. Design construction structures, buildings, structures, engineering networks and technological processes of construction production, taking into account engineering and technical and resource-saving measures, legal, social, ecological, technical and economic indicators, scientific and ethical aspects, and modern requirements of regulatory documentation, time and other restrictions, in the field of architecture and construction, environmental protection and labor safety. PH12. Have in-depth cognitive and practical skills/skills, mastery and innovation at the level necessary to solve complex specialized tasks in the field of construction and civil engineering (according to the specialization). Summary of the subject: The main principles and standards of engineering equipment in the territories of populated areas are described. The general system of location of underground and surface engineering networks is considered. The classification, schemes and main structures of heat and gas supply, water supply and drainage systems are presented. The issue of routing engineering networks on the territory of populated areas is highlighted. The issues of complex location of engineering networks in cities, methods of laying and principles of their technical operation are considered. Designated educational discipline for students of the first (bachelor) level of higher education, specialty 192 «Construction and civil engineering».

Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment of students' knowledge of engineering networks and structures conducted in the form of current controls and semester control of knowledge, which is held at the end of the semester. Current control is carried out during classes. Examination tasks are issued at the exam/test. The total number of points received for current control and on the exam, the overall grade for the subject is determined. Current control of students' knowledge of engineering networks and structures includes the following forms of evaluation of permanent/extramural forms of education: Evaluation during the defense of laboratory work. (15/30 points) Assessment during practical classes. (- points) Assessment of independent (in particular, individual) work: (15/30 points) – Assessment of completed individual calculation and graphic work/control works) – 15/30 points. The semester control of knowledge includes the results of the current one control of students' knowledge, and examination control. Exam tasks are structured according to three levels of difficulty. Maximum the sum of points for the exam task is 60/45. Results are added to this number current control – 50 points and oral component – ??10 points. Maximum number of points for semester control - 100. The actual number of points received by the student, is translated into the state final assessment.

Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
