Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competences in students of education:

SK10 - Ability to use measuring devices, monitoring and analysis of thermotechnical characteristics of enclosing structures and microclimate parameters of premises.
SK11 - The ability to create innovative systems of heat and gas supply and ventilation using energy-saving technologies to ensure the vitality of buildings and structures.
SK12 - The ability to understand the scientific principles underlying energy-efficient construction and the use of new approaches to the calculation and design of energy-efficient buildings and engineering systems.
Learning outcomes: PH2. Make effective design and technical decisions, taking into account the features of the construction object, aspects of social and ethical responsibility, technical and economic justification, determination of the optimal mode of its operation and implementation of resource and energy saving measures.
PH3. Conduct technical examination of projects of construction and civil engineering objects (in accordance with specialization), monitoring the compliance of projects and technical documentation with design tasks, technical conditions and other applicable regulatory and legal documents in the field of architecture and construction.
PH6. Apply modern mathematical methods to analyze statistical data, calculate and optimize design parameters and technological processes of construction of buildings and structures.
PH7. Develop measures for labor and environmental protection during research and production activities
PH9. Collect the necessary information using scientific and technical literature, databases and other sources, analyze and evaluate it.
PH11. To have the skills of appropriate work methods in the development of modern technologies for the construction of energy-efficient buildings and engineering systems.
PH12. Have skills in professional presentation of diagnostics, construction technologies, reconstruction of energy-efficient buildings and engineering systems.
PH13. To be able to use knowledge in practice, to apply the methodological toolkit of knowledge in the design, installation and operation of energy-efficient buildings and engineering systems, to analyze the obtained research results in the context of existing theories, to draw appropriate conclusions.
PH14. Be able to apply the methods of evaluating existing design solutions taking into account the quality control system during construction, operation of energy-efficient buildings and engineering systems, show the skills of a creative approach to solving tasks.

Summary of the subject: In this educational discipline, the types of energy inspections of buildings, the initial data for the energy audit of the building, the procedure for certification of the energy efficiency of the building, data on the content and form of the energy certificate and the minimum requirements for energy efficiency are considered. Special attention is paid to typical energy audit objects and energy-saving recommendations.
Опис: Basic concepts of energy audit. Legislative and regulatory framework. Energy certification of buildings. Content and form of the energy certificate.
The procedure for certification of energy efficiency of the building. Minimum requirements for energy efficiency of buildings
The main tasks of the energy auditor and his qualification requirements. Types of energy audit.
Methods of assessing the energy characteristics of buildings. Stages of energy audit.
Energy audit planning. Preliminary meeting. Collecting data and filling out survey forms during a visit to the facility.
Planning and conducting measurements during an energy audit. Analysis of the state of fencing structures. Thermal imaging inspection of buildings.
Analysis of information. Energy balance of buildings.
Survey of the condition and assessment of the level of energy efficiency of engineering systems. Development of energy efficiency measures.
Efficiency of use of renewable energy sources in houses.
Final meeting. The procedure for monitoring energy certificates.
Economic evaluation of investments in energy efficiency projects.
Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment of students' knowledge in the discipline "Energy audit of buildings and structures" is carried out in the form of a semester control of knowledge, which is carried out at the end of the semester.
The current control of students' knowledge of the discipline "Energy audit of buildings and structures" for full-time study includes the following assessment forms:
Assessment during class:
– Evaluation of the performance of practical classes during the class – 3.0 points for each performance of the class during the semester (30 points)
The semester control of knowledge includes the results of the current control of students' knowledge, conducted during the semester, and the semester control.
The maximum number of points for the semester control is 70. The results of the current control are added to this number (maximum - 30 points). The maximum number of points for the semester control is 100. The actual number of points received by the student is transferred to the state final assessment.

Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.

Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment of students' knowledge from the course project in the discipline "Energy audit of buildings and structures" is carried out in the form of a semester knowledge control, which is held at the end of the semester.
