Мета вивчення дисципліни: To provide theoretical knowledge and practical abilities and skills sufficient for the successful performance of professional duties in the specialty 231 "Social Work", which is provided, among other things, by this discipline and to prepare students for further research activities within the framework of the chosen specialty.
Завдання: ZK16. Ability to work in a team FC12. The ability to initiate social changes aimed at improving social well-being.
Learning outcomes: PR5. Theoretically argue ways to overcome problems and difficult life circumstances, choose effective methods of solving them, predict consequences. PR11. Use prevention methods to prevent possible deviations in mental development, behavioral disorders, interpersonal relationships, to resolve conflicts, prevent social risks and difficult life circumstances. PR16. Apply management methods to organize one's own professional activities and manage the activities of social workers and volunteers, other personnel. PR22. Demonstrate the ability to creatively solve problems and make innovative decisions, think and apply creative abilities to the formation of fundamentally new ideas. PR23. Construct the process and result of social work within the limits of the assigned tasks, use quantitative and qualitative indicators, adjust the work plan in accordance with the assessment results. PR24. To know the basics of prevention of corruption, social and academic integrity, at the level necessary for the formation of intolerance to corruption and manifestations of unscrupulous behavior among students and to be able to apply them in professional activities.

Summary of the subject: The essence of studying the discipline "Regulatory provision of social work" is to acquaint students with the principles and norms of social work in Ukraine, the legal basis for the realization of the right to social protection, legislation that provides for the legal regulation of the activity of a social worker to categories of persons in need of social assistance. The study of this academic discipline will enable students to better understand the legislation of Ukraine on social work, social security, acquire skills in its practical application, study the organizational and legal foundations of the system of social protection of citizens of Ukraine, as well as state social standards regarding the provision of pensions, benefits and other types social security.
Опис: Overview of the main legal aspects of the organization of human life. Social policy. The regulatory and legal framework that regulates the observance of human rights in society and its development. Constitutional rights and freedoms. Protection and protection of the legal rights of the citizen. Legal guarantees of protection of human rights and freedoms in Ukraine. Legislative provision of the right to receive services from social services. Social service and activities of social services. The state of the legislative framework regarding ensuring the right to receive services from social services. General rules for the provision of services by social services. Types of social services Legislative provision of the activity of a social worker regarding the implementation of social and legal protection of the population. Legal regulation of social work in preserving the rights and legitimate interests of children and youth. The right to social security of the family as the foundation of society. Legal aspects of social work with families. Legal aspects of social work in preserving the rights and legitimate interests of people with special needs. Social risks: concepts, signs, types. Legal aspects of social work with the elderly. Legislative and regulatory provision of the right to health care and receiving social assistance by citizens of Ukraine. Social protection of women. Legislative provision of housing and property rights.
Assessment methods and criteria: oral examination, written work (40%) final control (control measure, test), writing (tests) (60%)

Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
