Мета вивчення дисципліни: Ensure responsibility and accountability, assist in case management, facilitate learning and problem solving, and assist in staff development.
Завдання: The study of the discipline involves the formation of the necessary competencies in students, namely: Integral competence (IC) - the ability to solve complex specialised tasks and practical problems in the social sphere or in the learning process, which involves the application of theories and methods of social work and is characterised by complexity and uncertainty of conditions. Professional competences of the professional direction are PCC 1.1. Ability to determine the need for supervision and choose the best ways to implement it.
Learning outcomes: Mastering the discipline assumes that the student will receive the following programme outcomes: PLO 1.1. Identify the need for supervision and choose the best ways to implement it.

Summary of the subject: Definition, goals and complexity of supervision. The role and goals of professional supervision in social work: theoretical aspects. Using professional supervision in the best way. Models and functions of professional supervision in social work. Professional supervision as a staff development. Administrative component in professional support. Professional supervision as a technology for overcoming professional burnout.

Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The evaluation of students in the discipline "Introduction to Supervision in Social Work" is carried out by means of objective control of the degree of achievement of the final goals. 1. Attestation is carried out on the basis of an assessment of the level of competencies and learning outcomes of a bachelor's degree in social work, using methods of comprehensive diagnostics: semester assessment (SA) of students' knowledge is carried out by the total number of points obtained by the results of current control (CC) and the implementation of a control measure (CM). 2. The information base on which the means of objective control of the degree of achievement of the final goals of the discipline are formed is its subject matter, tasks for practical and independent work, a list of literature and methodological recommendations. 3. Assessment of the quality of mastering the discipline is carried out after students complete the work programme in full.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100-88 points - ("excellent") is assigned for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literature sources, the ability to analyse the phenomena studied in their interconnection and development, clearly, concisely, logically, consistently answer the questions posed, the ability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 87-71 marks - ("good") is given for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 70 - 50 points - ("satisfactory") is assigned for poor knowledge of the educational material of the component, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for poor application of theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is assigned for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems;
