Мета вивчення дисципліни: Purpose: to develop skills and introduce students to a wide range of issues related to the relationship between men and women (gender issues) in all spheres of society, to analyze the policy and practice of social work in the field of feminist perspective.
Завдання: The study of the academic discipline involves the formation of the following competencies in the student:
Learning outcomes: • Ability to manage social projects and institutions using feminist and other paradigms of social work • Ability to develop information campaigns aimed at overcoming gender stereotypes; • Manage social projects and institutions using feminist and other paradigms of social work; PR 8 Critically analyze and evaluate the current social policy of the country, socio-political processes at the national, regional and local levels. PR23 Construct the process and result of social work within the limits of the assigned tasks, use quantitative and qualitative indicators, adjust the work plan in accordance with the assessment results

Summary of the subject: The presentation of theoretical and practical problems of the discipline "Feminism in the Management Paradigm" should be accompanied by close cooperation between the teacher and students, which significantly increases the level of efficiency of knowledge acquisition. Teaching the course takes into account connections with psychology, political science, sociology, economics. The course requires knowledge of the basic principles and methods of social work, in particular the principles and methods of individual and group social work. Опис: Basic concepts of feminism. History of the formation of social theory of gender. Modern theories of feminism. The main components of gender differentiation. Genders tratification of society Theory of gender discrimination and oppression Feminist aspects of governance. Application of feminist practice in leader ship. Gender aspect of community work. Combination of social work policy and practice.
Assessment methods and criteria: The assessment of students in the discipline "Feminism in the Management Paradigm" is carried out with the help of means of objective control of the degree of achievement of learning outcomes. The evaluation is carried out on the basis of the assessment of the level of competences achieved and the results of the bachelor's studies in the specialty "Social Work", using the methods of comprehensive diagnostics: the semester control (SC) of the knowledge of the students is carried out based on the total number of points obtained according to the results of the current control (PC), and the performance of the control of the event (KZ). The information base, on the basis of which the means of objective control of the degree of achievement of learning results are formed, is its subject matter, tasks for practical and individual works, a list of literature and methodical recommendations. Assessment of the level of achievement of learning outcomes is carried out after the students complete the work program in its entirety.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: • Current control: (40%): recitation, speeches during practical classes. • Final control: (60%): exam (final control test, written form).
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
