Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the academic discipline is to master the content of the most important ideas and practices that affect social communication in public administration.
Завдання: ЗК-1 - Ability to apply knowledge in practical situations. ЗК-3 - Ability to work in a team. ЗК – 6 - The ability to act socially responsibly and consciously. ЗК-10 - Ability to generate new ideas (creativity). ЗК-15 - Ability to motivate people and move towards a common goal СК-3 - Ability to analyze social changes taking place in Ukraine and the world as a whole СК-6, - Ability to analyze and systematize the obtained results, formulate reasoned conclusions and recommendations. СК-7, Ability to present the results of sociological research for specialists and non-specialists. СК-8 - The ability to observe the norms of professional ethics of a sociologist in one's activities. ФСК 1.5 - Ability to work out various approaches to solving applied problems and tasks in the field of professional activity (in particular, of a socio-informational and socio-technological nature);
Learning outcomes: Apply modern sociological concepts, concepts, theories and results of empirical research to describe and explain social phenomena and processes. Specialized conceptual knowledge, including modern scientific achievements in the field of professional activity or industry. knowledge and is the basis for original thinking and research. Critical understanding of problems in the field and on the border of fields of knowledge. Summary of the subject: The study of this discipline involves the assimilation by students of the content of the most important ideas and practices that affect social communication in public administration The course has a practical orientation, so the training does not follow the traditional scheme of lectures and seminars. Each class is combined because it combines mini-lectures and practical exercises. Successful learning of the course, therefore, is impossible without the active participation of students in educational sessions.
Опис: Types of communications and communicative connections in public administration. Management system as a set of social relations. The place and role of communication in the management system. Social engineering in public administration. Power and management. The concept of social adequacy of management.
Assessment methods and criteria: • oral interview, participation in discussions, performance of individual tasks • final control test, written form
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current control (PC) - 40 points: assessment for the performance of mandatory current practical tasks -32 points; evaluation for the performance of an individual research task - 8 points Examination control - 60 points
