Завдання: The study of the discipline involves the formation of competencies in students. Integral – the ability to solve problems of a research and innovative nature in the field of computer science. Special (professional) competencies (SC).
SC11. Ability to initiate, plan and implement the processes of development of information and computer systems and software, including its development, analysis, testing, system integration, implementation and further maintenance. Professional Competencies for Professional Purposes (PPC)
PPC1.1. Ability to use theoretical and applied knowledge in the field of computer science and information technology for the development of integrated control systems and their components, realization, implementation and maintenance.
Learning outcomes: PL3. Clearly and unambiguously convey your own knowledge, conclusions and arguments in the field of computer science to specialists and non-specialists, in particular to students.
PL6. Develop a conceptual model of an information or computer system.
PL1.2. To develop and analyze models of information control systems and models of complex systems for various subject areas, to carry out their research and optimization, to use modeling in the implementation of intelligent management technologies.

Summary of the subject: The discipline forms a system of theoretical knowledge and practical skills on the use of vector information technologies, mathematical models of synthesis and optimization of systems, improvement of the basic structure of control systems, methods and means of information processing with a decrease in the use of computing resources, computer time and memory.
Опис: General concepts of object and systems management. The role of information in management. Enterprise as a system. The main parameters, input and output variables of the enterprise, their relationship. System management structure. Linear, functional and mixed structures. Organizational forms of profitable systems. Information models of enterprise management systems. Information model of the city and its use in management. Directions for improving the management of a large city. The role of communication processes. Application of computer technology and vector information technologies in management. Modern Management Information Systems. Optimization of management processes based on the processing of multidimensional data. Models of management of the market strategy of the enterprise. Prospects for the development of automated control systems. Development of the technical base of automated control systems based on optimized vector information technologies.
Assessment methods and criteria: Written reports on practical work (40%)
Final control (control measure): written and oral form (60%)

Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
