Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of practice on the subject of the bachelor's thesis is to consolidate and deepen theoretical professional knowledge in fundamental and professionally oriented disciplines, mastering methods of scientific research work, professional techniques and skills in the field of international relations, public communications and regional studies.
Завдання: The main task of practice is to consolidate, systematize and expand the knowledge of students in professional disciplines, improve the skills of collecting, analyzing and systematizing scientific materials, mastering the basic methods of conducting research in the field of international information relations, mastering modern methods of organizing production activities, improving the skills and abilities of professional activity, development of self-education, education of the need for systematic updating of knowledge and its creative application in professional activity.
Learning outcomes: 1. To know and understand the nature of international relations and regional development, the evolution, the state of theoretical studies of international relations and world politics, as well as the nature and sources of state policies in the international arena and the activities of other participants in international relations. 2. To know and understand the nature and dynamics of international security, to understand the peculiarities of its provision at the global, regional and national level, to know the nature and approaches to solving international and internationalized conflicts. 3. To know the nature of international cooperation, the nature of interaction between international actors, the ratio of state and non-state actors in world politics. 4. Know the principles, mechanisms and processes of ensuring the foreign policy of states, the interaction between foreign and domestic policies, the definition and implementation of national interests of states on the international arena, the process of forming and implementing foreign policy decisions. 5. Know the nature and mechanisms of international communications. 6. To know the nature and nature of interactions of individual countries and regions at the global, regional and local levels. 7. Carry out a description and analysis of the international situation, collect from various sources the necessary information about international and foreign policy events and processes. 8. Collect, process and analyze large volumes of information about the state of international relations, foreign policy of Ukraine and other states, regional systems, international communications. 9. Research the problems of international relations, regional development, foreign policy, international communications, using modern political, economic and legal theories and concepts, scientific methods and interdisciplinary approaches, present research results, provide relevant recommendations. 10. Communicate freely in national and foreign languages at the professional level necessary for professional discussion, preparation of analytical and research documents. 11. Carry out an applied analysis of international relations, foreign policy of Ukraine and other states, international processes and the international situation in accordance with the set goals, prepare informative and analytical. 12. To have the skills of professional oral and written translation from/to foreign languages, in particular, from the professional subject of international cooperation, foreign policy, international communications, regional studies, bilateral and multilateral international projects. 13. Conduct a professional discussion on issues of international relations, international communications, regional studies, foreign political activity, argue one's position, respect opponents and their points of view. 14. Use modern digital technologies, specialized software, databases and information systems to solve complex specialized problems in the field of international relations, public communications and/or regional studies. 15. To understand and apply the current legislation, international regulatory documents and agreements, reference materials, current standards and technical conditions, etc., to solve complex specialized problems of international relations, public communications and regional studies. 16. To understand and defend the national interests of Ukraine in international activities. 17. To have the skills of self-determination of educational goals and learning, finding educational resources necessary for their achievement.

Summary of the subject: Training of specialists capable of solving complex specialized tasks and practical problems of professional activity in the field of international relations and foreign policy or in the learning process, characterized by complexity and uncertainty of conditions and involving the use of appropriate theories and methods
Опис: Practice of university students is carried out on practice bases, the scientific and technical level of which meets the requirements of work programs of practice. The practice bases of the department are chosen on the basis of an analysis of the capabilities of organizations and institutions regarding their suitability for conducting appropriate student practice.
Assessment methods and criteria: Report on the internship on the topic of Bachelor's qualification work. Evaluation is carried out in points: 88-100 points - "excellent" 71-87 points - "good" 50-70 points - "satisfactory"
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The defense of the student practice report is evaluated according to the following criteria: 88–100 points (excellent performance of practice tasks and availability of positive feedback) 71–87 points (performance of practice tasks above the average level and availability of positive feedback) 50–70 points (practice tasks are not badly performed, but with a significant number of shortcomings, feedback on the practice contains a number of remarks) 1–49 points (implementation of practice does not meet the requirements of the program, feedback from supervisors on the student's practice is negative)
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
