Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of this discipline is to master the ways of solving problematic issues of financial flow management, to get acquainted with the specifics of the process of formation and use of the organization's capital, the methods and techniques of the financial manager's work, as well as the development of creative thinking and mastery of the tools of a creative approach to solving financial problems.
Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: Integral competence: The ability to solve complex tasks and problems in the field of management or in the learning process, which involve conducting research and/or implementing innovations under uncertain conditions and requirements; general: ZK1. Ability to conduct research at the appropriate level; ZK3. Skills in using information and communication technologies; ZK7. Ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis; professional: CK1. Ability to choose and use management concepts, methods and tools, including in accordance with defined goals and international standards; SK2. Ability to establish values, vision, mission, goals and criteria by which the organization determines further directions of development, develop and implement appropriate strategies and plans; SK4. Ability to effectively use and develop the organization's resources; SK5. Ability to create and organize effective communications in the management process; SK7. Ability to develop projects, manage them, show initiative and entrepreneurship; SK8. Ability to use psychological technologies for working with personnel; SK9. Ability to analyze and structure organizational problems, make effective management decisions and ensure their implementation; FSK1. In-depth knowledge of the classical and modern theoretical-methodological and methodological-applied basis of managing the activities of domestic and international business structures; FSK1.2. Plan financial results and results of innovative activities according to modern methods, taking into account industry, regional, corporate features and forecasts; FSK2. In-depth knowledge of domestic and international regulatory and legal support for the activities of business structures of various types and profiles; FCS1. The ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of classical and modern theoretical-methodological, methodological-applied and normative-legal framework for managing a wide range of operations, forms and types of foreign economic activity; FCS2. The ability to plan, organize, control and regulate foreign economic activity at all levels of the economy, to use classic and innovative mechanisms for motivating personnel in the field of foreign economic activity. FSK5. Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge in the field of tax administration in business structures; FSK6. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of global market conditions, management of competitiveness of business structures in the modern economic environment; FSK9. The ability to integrate and apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in practice to solve managerial tasks in the field of business administration. FSK10. Ability to use modern software and information and communication support in the field of business administration management; FCS2.1.1. The ability to forecast the level of the organization's economic indicators, to implement intra-company forecasting technologies for planning the organization's potential, its marketing, sales, and budgets.

Apply specialized software and information systems to solve organizational management problems; ПРН12. Be able to delegate authority and management of the organization (subdivision); ПРН13. Be able to plan and carry out informational, methodical, material, financial and personnel support of the organization (subdivision); ПРНС2.1 Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of classical and modern approaches to the management of organizations and administration (by types of economic activity), principles, laws, technology, methods of management of organizations, the process of making managerial decisions, leadership and management styles, features of conflict resolution in the process solving tasks of professional activity; ПРНС2.2. The ability to use professionally profiled knowledge and practical skills in management, marketing, finance, logistics, economics for effective management of business entities in the conditions of a market economy; УМ11. Summary of the subject: Course «Financial Management» is based on the fundamental concepts and results of modern theoretical and applied research in the field of financial management, namely the importance of financial management, legal and tax environment of financial management, evaluation of financial statement of the company, determining the value of debt securities risk planning and profitability of enterprises, working capital management, cash management and liquid securities, short-term financing, analysis of efficiency of investment companies.
Опис: The academic discipline "Financial Management" is based on the fundamental postulates and results of modern theoretical and applied research in the field of financial management, namely: the essence and features of financial management, the legal and tax environment of financial management, assessing the financial condition of the company, determining the value of debt securities, evaluating riskiness of financial decisions and profitability planning of enterprises, analysis and optimization of the organization's capital structure.
Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment of the student's knowledge is carried out in the following areas: the presence of specific skills, their depth, stability and flexibility; the degree of mastery of the main provisions of the discipline and their creative application when solving situational problems and cases. Semester control is conducted in the form of an exam. Evaluation methods: selective oral survey; preparation of presentations, reports; answers for the admission and defense of laboratory work, assessment of activity, submitted proposals, original decisions, clarifications and definitions, etc.).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: • for performance and defense of laboratory work (LR) (LR#1 – 7 points, LR#2 – 10 points, LR#3 – 8 points) – 25 points; • implementation of business cases, and participation in discussions - 5 points. Total for current control - 30 points. • written component of the exam - 50 points, oral component of the exam - 20 points. Total for the final control (exam) - 70 points. Final semester assessment Exam (70 points), current control (30 points), total 100 points. • The final semester grade on a 100-point scale is converted into a state grade according to the system adopted at the University: • 88-100 points – "excellent"; • 71-87 points – "good"; • 50-70 points – "satisfactory"; • 0-49 points – "not satisfactory".
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their relationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, reasoned answers to the questions that may contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) is given for insufficient knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, violation of the sequence of presentation of thoughts, incorrect application of theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 00-49 points – ("unsatisfactory") is awarded for ignorance of the main fundamental provisions of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks.
