Learning outcomes: • knowledge and understanding of theoretical and methodological aspects of production organization; • knowledge and understanding of methods of production organization and organization of production processes; • knowledge and understanding of the organization and tools of production planning and labor rationing; • knowledge and understanding of the organization of resource provision of the enterprise • knowledge and understanding of the organization of the production infrastructure of the enterprise; • ability to practically form the main goals and objectives of the organization of production. • ability to design the production process in space and time in compliance with all construction rules. • mastery of skills to solve practical problems of production organization.

Summary of the subject: Organization of a subject of study. The theoretical basis of production. Production System. Enterprise as a production system and facility organization. The manufacturing process and organizational types of production. Organizational design of production systems. Organization of complex technical preparation of production. The organization of production processes in space. The production structure of the company. The organization of the production process in time organization of work processes and jobs. The organization of work measurement methods of production modeling net production organization production planning. Organization auxiliary production and service facilities. Organization of logistics and marketing organizational and industrial quality assurance.
Assessment methods and criteria: work (30%) final control (exam): written, oral form (70%)
