Ability to manage research: application of effective project management when setting research goals in history and archaeology; optimal combination of current and priority activities in the historical and archaeological environment; systematic analysis and comparison of information; search and analysis of sources of necessary information; competent use of information technologies
The ability to analyze, evaluate and compare various paradigms, theories, concepts and approaches from the subject area of scientific research, the ability to draw appropriate conclusions, formulate proposals and recommendations.
The use of original scientific research on history and archeology at a high professional level, the achievement of scientific results that create new knowledge, with an emphasis on current national problems using the latest methods of scientific research.
Learning outcomes: 1. Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge in the chosen field of research;
2. Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the impact of historical processes and ethno-cultural processes in archeology in a social and societal context.
3. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the legal framework defined by domestic and international legislation on history and archeology;
4. Ability to demonstrate methods of searching and processing various types of historical sources, professional historical and archaeological literature.
As a result of studying the discipline, students should be able to:
1. Search, analyze, compare and critically evaluate information from various sources;
2. Ability to write a research paper, understanding the sequence of work on the preparation of research;
3. Ability to adapt the results of research during the writing of the dissertation;
4. Ability to work in archival institutions with different types of written historical documents;
5. Be able to use professional knowledge in the field of history and archeology to process research results;
6. Ability to adapt to new conditions, make decisions independently and initiate original research and innovation complex projects.

Summary of the subject: The course "Genesis of Ukrainian museum work in the context of national cultural development" allows us to trace in complex and sometimes contradictory processes of formation of modern nationalism, stages of development of museology in Ukraine, from the appearance of the first collections to the period of mass creation of museums. This course contributes to a deeper understanding of the historical and cultural processes of the XIX - XX centuries, forms a broad scientific erudition, helps to compile logical schemes of the genesis of the history of museum work in Ukraine.

Museums of Lviv and the Western region of Ukraine in the interwar period (1921-1939).
Museum affairs in the USSR - Ukrainian SSR in the 1920s - 30s.
Museum construction in the post-war period (1945-1989).
Assessment methods and criteria: lectures, seminars, independent work; group work, presentations, etc. lectures, seminars, independent work; group work, presentations, etc. Evaluation rating on a 100-point system: current control - 40 points; Final control - 60 points (written exam).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Correctness, logic, reasonableness, integrity of knowledge;
quality of knowledge – its completeness, depth, flexibility, systematicity, strength;
correct use of conceptual and terminological apparatus;
speech culture (literacy, logic and sequence of presentation);
the level of meaningfulness of knowledge - the ability to formulate independent evaluative judgments and theoretical conclusions.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
