Abstract: Currently, permanent magnet brush-less motors (BLDCM) are widely used in various industries and the economy. Among others, we can mention mechanical engineering, machine tool construction, aviation and cosmonautics. The operating characteristics and energy indicators of valve engines largely depend on the rationality of their design and methods of regulation. In the first chapter, an overview and analysis of variants of valve engine designs is carried out, the principle of operation of the valve engine, their advantages and disadvantages are described. Analysis of numerical methods used for solving, analysis of programs was carried out. [1]. The Maxwell software product was chosen due to its great capabilities, which are characterized by a combination of the breadth of capabilities and ease of use that is beneficial compared to its counterparts. The interface is entirely in English, however, it is easier to learn and focused on electromagnetic field calculations. This allows modeling not only the simplest external electrical circuits, but also the operation of the installation together with control systemsIn the second chapter, an analysis of programs in the field of modeling of electromagnetic fields was carried out, on the basis of which the "Ansys Maxwell" software complex was chosen for the development of a mathematical model of the valve engine "DVM-100" [2]. Two additional models were developed, which have such technological errors as ellipticity of the rotor and misalignment of the rotor and stator. Modeling of engine operation was done, as well as angular moment characteristics, dependence of current on time, pulsation coefficient was calculated. The adequacy of the model was checked. In the third chapter, the results of the study, various characteristics, evaluation of parameters and their impact on the work of the VD are presented. 7 The developed mathematical models made it possible to determine the torque pulsation coefficient for the ideal motor model; for the model with the misalignment of the rotor and stator and for the model with the ellipticity of the rotor, with the difference between the small and large radii of the ellipse. The linearity of the dependence of the moment pulsation coefficient on the amount of rotor misalignment was also proved [3,4]. Study object of this qualification work is a brush-less motor with permanent magnets (BLM with PM). Scope of research start-up and transition processes in BLM with PM. Goal of research - to develop a mathematical model for studying the influence of technological errors on the characteristics of BLM with PM. References: 1. Ткачук В. І.
