Abstract: Urban logistics is a complex of logistics structures and processes aimed at optimizing material and commodity flows, as well as flows of vehicles, human flows, energy, finance, information within the subsystems of the city and its infrastructure. An online survey was conducted for a detailed consideration of this topic. The questionnaire consisted of three parts: questions about the demographic profile of the respondent (age, occupation, availability of own car), questions about the behavior while shopping. The results of the surveys indicate the readiness of respondents of the age category 17-30 years for crowdshipping: 23% answered that they would definitely consider the possibility of crowdshipping delivery, and 48% would rather consider than not consider. 61% are ready to do the same. To simulate the possibilities of crowdshipping delivery, three shopping centers were chosen (Auchan on Stryiska Street, Metro on Horodotska Street and Epicenter N2). The PTV Visum software environment simulates passenger traffic on routes passing by the shopping centers under study, and passenger traffic at stops near these shopping centers. [3] Taking into account the structure of the population, the distribution of passenger traffic by stops, the spatial distribution of routes and the results of the survey, the possible number of crowdshipping deliveries under various scenarios of the development of the situation is modeled: basic, optimistic and pessimistic. The object of the study is the city route network of Lviv and the results of a survey of residents. Subject of research - crowdshipping in Lviv. There are conclusions and suggestions which based on the results of the work. The introduction of crowdshipping in the city has its own limitations and requirements, namely: the need to develop a separate application or expand existing applications (in particular, those that already have retail chains) to be able to find a courier and track delivery; restrictions on the weight and volume of delivery, the presence of cooperation and trust between all participants in the process. Key words: purchasing behavior, last mile delivery, urban logistics, crowdshipping, trading network. References. 1.
