The management of the company’s working capital should primarily involve reducing the length of the cycle of their circulation and, accordingly, accelerating their turnover. This is achieved, in particular, thanks to the reduction of production stocks and stocks of finished products. However, such a reduction has objective limits, since these stocks at the enterprise should be sufficient for the continuous flow of production and sales processes. Thus, it can be argued that for each type of working capital of the company there is a certain optimal amount of it and the main task that arises in the management of working capital is to determine such amount. At the same time, this also applies to such an important type of working capital as accounts receivable, the share of which is quite high in many enterprises. The master’s thesis is devoted to the justification of measures to improve the process of managing the working capital of the enterprise. The essence of the working capital of economic entities, the components of these funds, has been considered. The sources of financing of working capital, the main regularities of their formation are given. Indicators for evaluating the degree of effectiveness of working capital, directions for improving the use of these funds are presented. The economic activity of "Hlib Kom" LLC was analyzed. The composition of working capital available at "Hlib Kom" LLP, their structure, and sources of formation were evaluated. An assessment of the liquidity of working capital available at "Hlib Kom" LLP, their turnover and the level of profitability was carried out. The calculation of the time parameters of turnover of working capital available at "Hlib Kom" LLP was performed. The economic consequences of accelerating the turnover of working capital available at "Hlib Kom" LLP have been assessed. An assessment of the impact of the structure and volumes, as well as the turnover of working capital of "Hlib Kom" LLC on its net income and profit, was carried out. An evaluation of the economic results from the reduction of the production cycle of the creation of products of "Hlib Kom" LLC and the influence of factors on the profitability of the working capital of this enterprise was carried out. The size of the current production stocks of "Hlib Kom" LLC is substantiated. The receivables management process of Hlib Kom LLC has been improved. An assessment of the impact of the implementation of recommendations on improving the management of working capital available at "Hlib Kom" LLP on its financial condition was obtained. Sources of replenishment of the amount of working capital of "Hlib Kom" LLC are substantiated. The object of research in the work is the limited liability company "Khlib Kom". The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological principles of managing the working capital of the enterprise. The theoretical and methodological basis of the performed work is made up of regulatory acts, as well as monographs, manuals, published articles on the topic of the master’s thesis, as well as reporting materials of "Hlib Kom" LLC. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the improved method of substantiating the amounts of the company’s receivables. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of applying the obtained results in the practice of the work of LLC "Hlib Kom" when justifying the volumes of various types of working capital of this enterprise.
