Abstract: In the modern economy of the enterprise, personnel evaluation is becoming more and more important. Business leaders and managers look for solutions to business problems in personnel, because personnel are the driving force of any organization. A qualitatively developed and well-formed personnel evaluation system can enable the organization to achieve its strategic goal, increase operational efficiency, increase profits, and minimize costs. Many domestic scientists devoted their scientific works to the theoretical aspects of the studied topic of the master’s qualification work [1-5]. Modern trends in the formation of an effective personnel evaluation system at enterprises are studied by G. V. Zhosan and N. V. Kyrychenko [1]. Personnel management is researched by Professor G.M. Zakharchyn. [2]. The modern mechanism for evaluating the efficiency of the personnel of an industrial enterprise was described by T.V. Sklyaruk. and Sobol I.B. [3]. Personnel evaluation methods, their role and significance in management were studied by V.V. Sokolovska, O.I. Babchynska. and Ivanchenko G.V. [4]. The system of key performance indicators as a guarantee of effective management of business processes in the company was described by Tsalko T.R. and Nevmyrzhitska S.M. [5]. The object of research of the master’s qualification work is "T-Company" LLC, which is engaged in non-specialized wholesale trade, printing on clothes and textiles, as well as machine embroidery. The subject of the study is the personnel management system of T-Company LLC. The purpose of the master’s thesis is to improve the personnel management system of T-Company LLC through the mechanism of implementation of key performance indicators (KPI). Achieving the goal in the master’s qualification thesis involves solving the following tasks: • collection, study and generalization of information from modern domestic and foreign literary sources about methods of evaluating the personnel of commercial economic entities; • familiarization with the structure and problems of activity of LLC "T-Company"; • analysis of the results of financial and economic activity of T-Company LLC; • assessment of the effectiveness of the personnel of T-Company LLC; • a description of the mechanism for introducing key performance indicators into the personnel evaluation system of T-Company LLC; • determination of the list of key performance indicators for employees of T-Company LLC. The first chapter of the master’s qualification thesis examines the essence and list of components of the personnel evaluation system. Advantages and disadvantages of modern personnel evaluation methods are summarized. The problems of applying the system of key performance indicators are described. In the second chapter of the master’s qualification work, the efficiency of the staff was analyzed and a comparative evaluation of operators of thermopresses and embroidery machines of T-Company LLC was carried out. In the third section, on the basis of general and operational goals, a list of key performance indicators is proposed and the mechanism of their implementation and functioning in the personnel evaluation system of T-Company LLC is described. Based on actual data for the 3rd quarter of 2022, the results of the implementation of the proposed system of key performance indicators into the business practice of T-Company LLC were analyzed and recommendations for its improvement were provided.
