Abstract: The general concepts and systems in the field of quality management at the enterprise, including methods of processing complaints from customers, are considered in the master’s thesis. The methods of complaint management at the Leoni enterprise are worked out in detail, which include methods of receiving complaints from customers, the deadline for submitting information on the analysis of errors, their impact on the production process of cable products and the search for measures to avoid their recurrence, the structure of the 8D report. An example of processing a complaint from a particular customer is also presented.
