Abstract: Chopyuk S.M., Vegera P.I. (supervisor). Master’s thesis - "Project of a 9-story office center with underground parking in the city of Ternopil". Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2022. The structure of the diploma project consists of five sections: architectural and construction, calculation and construction, technological and organizational, economic and construction, and scientific sections. Offices and business centers represent a significant part and occupy a significant segment of the commercial real estate market. The issue of renting offices and premises is becoming more and more relevant, especially for IT companies and small businesses, entrepreneurs, and various organizations. The construction of business centers in regional cities is an urgent issue during the growth of the economy or the development of the industry. At the office center with an underground garage, construction is planned in the following composition: - underground parking is located in construction axes 1 - 7 and G - E; - office center building, located in building axes 1 - 6 and A-E. On the first floor (from +-0.000) of the building, there is an entrance group (lobby, wardrobe, security, stairs, and elevator block), a cafe with a dining room for 80 people, a separate kitchen, and utility rooms, an electrical panel, and a ventilation chamber. The 2nd...9th floor is occupied by office premises. In particular, there are two meeting rooms on each floor and a large conference hall on the last fifth floor. The height of the floor in the building is 3.9 m. The primary means of movement between floors are elevators, one of which must be used to transport fire departments. Two stairwells provide evacuation from floors. The project envisages the organization of a closed service parking lot with a capacity of 73 cars designed for personal vehicles of office center employees. The parking area occupies a total area of 2,927 m2 and has dimensions of 54.0x18.6 m (axes 1-7 and G-E). Cars enter the parking lot on the two-track entrance ramp. There is a checkpoint at the entrance to the ramp. There are four escape stairs in the parking lot and an exit to the first floor of the office center. The planning decision of the parking lot provides for the presence of a room for storing cars and technical premises. The foundation of the building is shallow. C20/25 class concrete is used for the foundation. The reinforcement of the foundations contains reinforcement grids of the A500C reinforcement class. Walls and partitions are made of ceramic bricks and light blocks. A unique feature is that within the parking lot, all load-bearing elements (reinforced concrete enclosing walls and columns) are made of monolithic reinforced concrete since the parking lot is located in a semi-basement. Wall constructions with insulation from Rockwool mineral wool board - and an outer layer in the form of an industrial panel made of aluminum composite or profiled sheet. 150 mm All windows, stained-glass windows, entrances, and interior doors are aluminum vestibules with double glazing. The following designs are calculated in the calculation and design section: - construction of foundations; - reinforced concrete column; - staircase; - floor plate; Building calculations are performed in two ways: Automatically - with the help of the "Lira" program (floor slabs and loads on other structures)) and manually (construction of foundations, floor slabs, and stairwells). In the technological section, instructions are developed for implementing a monolithic floor. The technological map shows the scope of work at individual stages of the overlap, the corresponding technological schemes for the placement of reinforcing mesh on the site, work schedules, instructions for installing slabs, requirements for the quality of slabs, calculations of the need for equipment and workers, technical characteristics of equipment, fixed assets, devices and tools, solutions that ensure the safety of processes and work organization, technical and economic indicators. A calendar schedule for the construction of this building, a schedule for the movement of machines and mechanisms, a schedule for the needs of workers, and technical and economic indicators were developed. A general construction plan has also been developed - it shows the state of the construction site during construction, placement of temporary structures, temporary roads, and communications (water supply, sewage, electricity supply) In the fourth section, consolidated and local estimates were compiled, which show the estimated cost of this house, that is, how much money is needed to build this house. In the scientific section, the existing types of composite reinforcement, prospects for their application, and practical application in construction are developed and analyzed. Conclusion In the master’s qualification work, a project of an office building on the outskirts of the regional center was developed, which is intended to provide cheap rent of office space for small firms or enterprises that are just developing. In total, a note was developed in this MKR and ten sheets of drawings. List of references: 1. DBN V.2.2-15-05. "Residential buildings." 2. DBN V.1.2-14-2009.
