Abstract: Kushchak I.V., Muzychenko-Kozlovska O.V. (head). Formation of the development strategy of a construction enterprise Master’s qualification work. - Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2023. The enterprise development strategy is a program of the organization’s activities for the future, which provides for the definition of the mission and goal, taking into account the opportunities, and takes into account the methods of making management decisions to optimize the attraction of resources, predicting dangers with the aim of stable development and increasing competitiveness and profitability. The important features by which the company’s development strategies are classified are: growth; management level; life cycle stages; market behavior; market position [1; 2; 3]. External factors that shape the company’s development strategy include: indirect (political, economic, demographic, social, market, scientific and technical, international, environmental) and direct (consumers, partners, competitors, legislation, technologies, infrastructure) [4; 5]. The internal factors that influence the formation of the company’s development strategy include: strategic, management, corporate culture, production, personnel, marketing, organizational culture [4; 5]. The object of the study is the mechanism of finding ways to form a strategy for the development of a construction enterprise. The subject of the study is methodical and practical aspects of the formation of the development strategy of the construction enterprise. The purpose of the master’s qualification work is to study theoretical and methodological provisions and develop practical recommendations for the formation of a strategy for the development of a construction enterprise. Considered one of the methods of forming a strategy for the development of an enterprise in the form of specific stages. The second chapter of the master’s thesis describes the current state of the legislative framework for the functioning of construction enterprises in Ukraine, namely: the Constitution; Commercial Code; "About joint-stock companies"; Tax Code; Budget Code; "On the regulation of urban planning activities", "On the General Scheme of Planning of the Territory of Ukraine", "On the Basics of Town Planning", "On Architectural Activity", "On Complex Reconstruction of Quarters (Microdistricts) of the Outdated Housing Fund", "On Land Management", "On Building Regulations" and others. However, the legislative framework for the regulation of entrepreneurial and other economic activities in construction needs to be refined, improved, systematized, adjusted and harmonized with international legislation.
