Abstract: In the diploma project on the topic: "Project of production technology of hyaluronic acid by cultivation of Bacillus subtilis", based on the task, material calculation, thermal calculation of the fermenter for the suitability of a standard apparatus for use in this process, technological calculation, such as standard apparatus for the process of obtaining culture liquid and its subsequent separation and purification, a basic technological scheme for obtaining the target product, drawings of the main apparatus, namely, the fermenter and an economic calculation of the cost of the main equipment, raw materials and wages was made. Bacillus subtilis A164?5 was chosen as the producer, as its high level of safety, ability to adapt and genetic manipulation make it an ideal object for further research. When this strain is cultivated in a nutrient medium containing sucrose, bovine serum, yeast extract, and mineral salts, a high yield of the target product can be obtained. Hyaluronic acid, due to its unique structure and properties, has become a key ingredient in many areas, including medicine, cosmetics and pharmacy. Its unique characteristics include the ability to retain moisture, stimulate tissue regeneration, and have antioxidant properties.
