Abstract: This master dissertation presents the results of the research aimed at improving the mechanism of controlling the expenses of financial activity of PJSC Kredobank in terms of international business activity. The first chapter provides a review and analysis of scientific sources and current legislation. It was revealed a rising interest on principles of forming the controlling mechanism in national enterprises. The second chapter presents an analysis of current financial statements of PJSC Kredobank. The third chapter discovers the internal and external factors which influence on development tendencies of the bank. The last chapters provides recommendation on improving the controlling mechanism of the financial activity expenses of PJSC Kredobank with the implementation of special software for automatisation the current fragmented mechanism.
