Abstract: In the master’s qualification work the mechanism of planning of expenses for innovative activity of LLC AUDIT FIRM "PwC" in the conditions of international economic relations is investigated. In the theoretical part the role and influence of innovations on the activity of enterprises-subjects of international economic activity are investigated, the necessity of creation of the effective mechanism of planning of expenses for innovative activity is substantiated, works of scientists and normative-legal base on a subject of work are analyzed. The analytical part contains the results of the study of the peculiarities of production and economic, innovative and international activities of LLC AUDIT FIRM "PwC". Also in this section the peculiarities of cost planning by costs for innovation activities at the current time are analyzed. In the research part the tendencies of development of the enterprise are analyzed. Initially, a study of trends in the development of production and economic activities of LLC AUDIT FIRM "PwC". Further, the study is aimed at analyzing the trends of international economic activity of LLC AUDIT FIRM "PwC" and the dynamics of planning the costs of innovation activities of the firm in terms of international economic relations. During the implementation of the recommended part of the master’s qualification work, an event was developed and implemented aimed at developing a mechanism for planning the costs of innovative activities of LLC AUDIT FIRM "PwC" and achieving the planned strategic indicator, namely the capital of sold products. The economic efficiency of the selected measure was also analyzed and cost savings were calculated.
