Introduction The need to explore models of creating educational and technological platforms of innovative structures of universities for the formation of theoretical and practical principles and the development of a mechanism for step-by-step actions to build elements of innovation infrastructure, which will ultimately help create an innovative ecosystem, that will be relevant for any innovation-oriented institution of higher education in Ukraine, the solution of these problems led to the choice of the topic of the master’s thesis, its relevance and main areas of research. The object of research in the work is the process of legal, organizational, financial support for the creation and operation of innovation infrastructure Institution of higher education. The subject of research in this work are the organizational and functional mechanisms for the creation of educational and technological sites of science parks of higher education institutions and their financial support. The purpose of the master’s work is to substantiate the theoretical and applied aspects of building an organizational and functional model of the educational and technological site of the science park of NU "Lviv Polytechnic" and to develop approaches to the mechanism of its financing. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that: the organizational and functional model of the educational and technological platform of the science park is improved, which in contrast to the existing ones is focused on the acceleration phase of business ideas implementation and the mechanism of its financing is developed, which provides for the attraction of budget funds through the State Fund for Rural Development, grants of EU sectoral support and local budgets of the city and region. Research results Research has shown that the main difference from other organizations of innovation infrastructures is that science parks are created only on the initiative of higher education institutions and (or) research institutions. [1]. Research has shown that innovation infrastructure institutions in Europe are not self-sustaining, with about 77% of all dependent on public funding [2]. In particular, the author proved that the innovative model of development requires the implementation of expenditures on science funding in the amount of at least 1.74% of GDP. In fact, Ukrainian science is funded at 1% of GDP [3]. The analysis of funding sources showed that innovative projects of Lviv Polytechnic National University are financed from budget funds of all levels, funds raised on the crowdfunding platform Startera, grant funds and funds received by the University from the sale of licenses and rights to "know-how" [4]. The author proposes an organizational and functional model of the educational and technological platform of the scientific park of NU "Lviv Polytechnic", which is focused on the acceleration phase of the startup, where the basic elements are: TechLabInno; children’s technopark; StartUp Market; Asolution Hub; 38 educational and research laboratories of Lviv Polytechnic. Approbation of the model of construction of the educational and technological platform of the science park and mechanisms of its financing, carried out at development of the innovative project "Formation of the educational and technological platform of the scientific park of NU" Lviv Polytechnic "". Studies have shown that in terms of funding, when budgets at all levels and EU grants are used, economic efficiency indicators are positive. Thus, the payback period of the project under this option is 58 months, with the normative indicator of 60 months, this indicator shows the effectiveness of the project. The MIRR indicator - 23.72% is higher than I - 20% and this indicates that the project under this financing option is investment attractive. Accordingly, investment and operating costs under this option are lower by 16.61% of the costs under the project implementation option when taking a loan.
