Extended abstract High rates of economic development of technologically leading countries of the world, spread of digital technologies and artificial intelligence, active implementation of the concept of Society 5.0 and other events and phenomena lead to revision of innovative approaches to strategic management by innovatively active business entities. According to the experience of innovative economies of the world, traditional methods and models of strategic management of the enterprise, developed several years ago, need significant adaptation in view of the changing conditions of modern economic relations of the sixth technological mode. Taking into account the policy of Ukraine’s integration into the European Community, these problems are also typical for domestic business entities. Thus, it is objectively necessary and urgent to solve the problem of developing the theoretical foundations of strategic management of the enterprise in a transition economy. This determines the relevance of the topic of work and its importance for the economic development of enterprises. Analysis of the theory and methodology in the field of strategic management of enterprises showed that despite the sufficient number of available developments of scientists and practitioners, these issues are insufficiently studied. Problems of methodical maintenance of substantiation of approaches to strategic management of the enterprises remain open. The need for scientific study of the problems of strategic management on the basis of increasing the competitiveness of domestic enterprises became the basis for choosing the topic of master’s qualification work, defined its purpose and objectives. Study object is a process of strategic enterprise management. Scope of research – theoretical and methodological and applied principles of strategic enterprise management (for example, LLC “KPMG-Ukraine”). Goal of research. The goal of the master’s thesis is to study the theoretical and methodological provisions and develop applied recommendations for strategic management of the enterprise (for example, LLC “KPMG-Ukraine”). In the master’s qualification work the questions of strategic management of the enterprise are considered on the example of KPMG-Ukraine LLC. In the first section of the work, the theoretical bases and approaches to evaluation of strategic management of the enterprise are considered, methodical aspects of formation of strategy are studied. Peculiarities of strategic management of international companies in Ukraine are determined. In the second section the general characteristics of KPMG-Ukraine LLC is considered and the strategic development of the enterprise in the service industry is evaluated. The financial condition of the enterprise and strategic positions in the market are estimated and analysed. In the third section, development strategies of KPMG-Ukraine LLC are developed using SPACE-analysis. The matrix BCG is improved. Peculiarities of strategic positions of KPMG-Ukraine LLC in modern market conditions and approaches to strategic management of consulting enterprises, based on diversification of their activity, are determined. The fourth section contains the substantiation of the strategic management of KPMG-Ukraine LLC. In particular, the model for choosing the competitive strategy of the enterprise is developed. The system of setting SMART goals is substantiated and the conceptual model of strategic management of KPMG-Ukraine LLC is formed. Scientific research results received new results of theoretical and methodological tasks, which confirmed the strategic management.
